We love the beach Area, clean awesome to stay will recommend to for friends and family will stay here again....host was very reasonable and great communication. Are family had a BLAST.

The resort is a lovely place to stay. Always super clean and, as a single traveler, I feel very safe. Karen makes sure the stay is perfect.

First off, Diane is the sweetest, and was such an amazing host! We spent our spring break with our family at the Ocean Villa and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. We all had the best time making many memories. The house was perfect for our needs, very organized and clean. We highly recommend this property to anyone.

Home was exactly as described, very cozy and suited our needs perfectly. Kerry Ann was an amazing host, super helpful and responsive! The location was perfect, as we were there for my son’s tournament at Rotary Park. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We again enjoyed our get away to Bullhead City. This was the second time we stayed in this house. Lisa has decorated it beautifully, and it feels like a home away from home. The home is so comfortable, and quiet, yet close to the action on the river or in Laughlin. Lisa and Brent made sure everything was ready for us and was available whenever we had questions or concerns.

Everything was great with this house, it was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. My team had plenty of room in this very well-organized home. We booked this house due to its close location to our project. Our duration was approximately two months with absolutely no issues. The host was very communicative, answered any questions with kindness, and was very understanding about our business there. To me that is great customer service, in most places you will never hear from anyone. Defiantly Would recommend this house to everyone. Thank you so very much for your hospitality. A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

We would rate Evolve's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jannette’s beautiful home near the river, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the stunning views of the water. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and modern, yet it maintained a cozy, homey feel. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. Jannette is an exceptional host, providing clear communication and was incredibly accommodating to my family's needs, which we appreciated very much. Overall, our stay at this river view home was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with beautiful scenery in a comfortable, well-maintained home, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

This particular place was very beautiful! Very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Loved the ice machine as we filled our coolers everyday for riding.

This place its just as it shows on the pictures. My family and I had an amazing time at this place, the place was so clean which we absolutely enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely consider returning to this place if I'm ever back in that area.

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos desde el 30 de agosto hasta el 2 de septiembre fue una experiencia maravillosa la que pasamos con mi familia la casa muy amplia y bien limpia tiene todo lo que necesitas en un hogar, la zona muy tranquila y segura! Todo esta cercas desde los casinos y el rio, la verdad me encanto, gus y su esposa estubieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades todos los dias que estuvimos alli! si dios lo permite regresaré el proximo ańo espero este desocupada!

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

A family get away here was definitely what we needed this home was very open and had enough room for about seven of us. We enjoyed our view and the place itself very clean . Only issue we had was a shower in the master bedroom with the water not turning on but surly enough we got it to work nothing negative !!

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

Kyle’s place is beautiful, we had such a great time! We definitely want to book Kyle’s place again sometime next year, not only was his house beautiful, the location was perfect! Thx Kyle!
