We stayed for several weeks for a nearby work project and had a good experience. The kitchen is great for cooking and has loads of appliances and tools. Two large smart TVs were nice to use, and the location is convenient to shopping. The bathrooms were clean and it was great to be able to have my pup. The internet providers in this area have a lot of interruptions, and for some reason we weren't able to get cell reception inside the house, but everything else worked well. Jodi was very responsive and checking in and out were simple. Plenty of space for us to. park and easy to receive packages and visitors. A great value for the space. Thanks!

The property was perfect for us and our pups! We enjoyed walking to the river and taking the dogs for a swim. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had family over for a bbq and sat outside enjoying the cute surroundings and built a fire. The hosts were wonderful as well! Would love to stay again!!!

Patrese's home was very comfortable! We loved the backyard and views. We stayed almost 3 months. The home was very relaxing and quiet! It had everything we could hope for and Patrese was very quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay again next winter.

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

Had a great weekend at Bigfoot Bungalow! A very clean home and plenty of space for large groups of families. Would definitely book this lovely home next time!!

We were in town visiting family for the weekend. The location worked well for our needs. A car is a must though in Mohave Valley. The property was extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very nice laundry area. Close to Oatman(donkeytown) and about 10-12 minutes to grocery stores. Host was very responsive and we would highly recommend the property to those visiting the area!

The house felt like home and we used almost all the amenities. Grill, back patio, dining room table, Kitchen table for breakfast and snacks. The best part was the garage game right on. We used everything in there and used it as our family time in the evening.

It was so comfortable to stay in Lorraine's place. You will not regret at all.

This house was easily one of the best houses that we have stayed at. This home was immaculate to say the least. The decor was also perfect hats off to the interior decorator they did a great job. The attention to detail shows. We had a great time at this house and it was very spacious. We go to this event once a year in this area and have stayed at other homes and we will definitely be booking this one again. Thank you

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

from start to finish this house was amazing! Barb and Pat did a wonderful job. there were a couple hiccups, but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. my family, as well as my 2 huskies were allowed to enjoy the pool, which was a winner in my books! i will definitely be using them again, and will recommend to everyone. my twins sure loved the small area of the pool that they could walk around in. the views are amazing! the floor plan is great, as its wide open. 10/10 highly recommend this house, as well as any other listings from lazy river getaways!

This was a nice place to stay. It is a great location to get onto the water taxi to go to the casinos. Also, it was pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river.

We had an amazing experience at Sundrops Villa in Bullhead City! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable—largely thanks to our wonderful host, Ryan. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was comfortable. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed (and then some). The location couldn’t be better—right across the river from Laughlin and just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Whether you’re planning to explore the area or just relax, this place is a perfect home base. Highly recommend Sundrops Villa to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-hosted getaway!

Ryan was extremely responsive and very kind. I will 100% stay here again in the future. It was a quiet place at the end of a cul-de-sac. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and we felt right at home. Thank you Ryan for being a top-notch host.

The place was sparkling clean. Easy to find. 15 minutes from Laughlin. Eric was very responsive having one issue with the thermostat. We told home it was ok and was not that cold and the next day was going to be warmer but he wanted to fix it so he messaged me when he was on his way and messages me again when he was 30 minutes away. excellent communication. Next time we are in Laughlin we will try to stay again if the property is not already booked.

Scott and Heather were so responsive when we had questions or when one of us got to town early. House was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked all our meals there, baked cookies and used the bbq. Everything we needed was supplied. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We again enjoyed our get away to Bullhead City. This was the second time we stayed in this house. Lisa has decorated it beautifully, and it feels like a home away from home. The home is so comfortable, and quiet, yet close to the action on the river or in Laughlin. Lisa and Brent made sure everything was ready for us and was available whenever we had questions or concerns.

My 83 year old mom stayed here during the winter for 3 months. The fenced in rock yard was perfect for her little dog. The studio had all it needed for one person. Cooking was a challenge sometimes ,with having so many appliances on one circuit ,that kept on tripping the breaker. Rae and her boyfriend were always helpful with anything she needed.

Denice was a super host and her place is really welcoming, beautiful, cozy and fun with lots of games for the whole family to play inside and out. I highly recommend her place for your stay in Bullhead!

If you’re going to Oatman, or just driving through, bring carrots for the burros. But with or without carrots, they’re incredibly cute and friendly. Spent one night here on a trip to Death Valley National Park. Very clean. Accommodations were nice. Very quiet, good stargazing and a comfortable deck to hang outside and enjoy the serenity. The decor was, in a word, unique. Scott is obviously a very avid hunter and there were a collection of trophy heads and animal skins throughout the house. It might be off putting to some. I found them interesting. Oatman closes up early so if you’re staying here to see the town give yourself enough time. We got there a little later and most places were closed. Fortunately the restaurant was open. Nice stay.

Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. The house is in a hilly area so not really very walkable and driveway is steep. There are no amenties nearby so a car is required. We had a small family gathering so it was perfect for us. The game room with ping pong table, darts, etc. was fun. The host, Jody, was very nice and accommodating. The back porch had large table, chairs and barbeque making it a nice gathering place. Highly recommended.

We had a comfortable six weeks at Lorena's place, and felt right at home. The house was very nice and the location great. We had a few concerns about cleanliness and non-working lights when we checked in, but Lorena responded immediately and took care of everything very quickly. We did need to purchase some items for the kitchen for our extended stay, but overall the kitchen was well-supplied. We loved the location and have booked another extended stay next year.
