What an amazing place! Stunningly beautiful location, perfect hosts and - most importantly - the most comfortable bed we have slept in since home. We found ourselves just wanting to relax and enjoy it instead of exploring even with so much close by. Can't recommend Peter and Claire's place highly enough and we hope to make it back there soon.

The Black House felt like a home away from home. Had everything you could possibly need for a long stay. Very attentive/helpful host. The interior design was impeccable and very modern. 10/10 would recommend.

We LOVED our stay in Trevallyn! The view & the light in this place is amazing. It's well set up and very comfortable. Walking distance to the Gorge & downtown! And a great home base to explore the area. We highly recommend this fabulous place.

Such a great place to settle into and feel like you are at home. Philippa is a great host…I’d definitely stay here again. So close to walking tracks to Cataract Gorge. Keep an eye out around dusk for glimpses of wallabies and other wildlife.

This was the perfect place to escape and unwind. Not only did I sleep better than I do in my own bed, the morning sunrise over the mountains was just breathtaking and the view changed constantly through the day. The way the property is styled had all the conveniences coupled with all the charm of such a beautiful heritage time. I loved that I had the option to light a fire inside or fire pit or use the convenience of a reverse cycle air conditioner. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever been to. The location was amazing, since it was close to both Ben Lomond and Launceston, while still remaining incredibly serene and private. The wifi connection was the strongest I had seen for my entire trip through Tasmania, which was a pleasant relief. My only regret was not spending more time there. If I ever come back to Tasmania, I will make sure to spend at least 4 or 5 nights at the Airbnb, and do day trips out from there. Saw a spectacular display of the Aurora Australis at night as well!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house for five days. Everything was great and we had a great time. Great location, very clean rooms, bathrooms and beds and we had everything ready for a comfortable stay. Samantha is a great host, very responsive providing all required details in advance and during our stay. We definitely recommend this beautiful place to friends and consider coming back in near future. Thank you Samantha.
