Marnie and Brian's place exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures! It was quiet, clean, and had every amenity we could need. Marnie and Brian are the perfect examples of Airbnb hosts – they were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! We did not have a single complaint. Their place was beautiful and dog-friendly, and our dogs loved it too. They even stocked the fridge with some necessities, and a grocery store was very close by just in case. Highly recommend!

Great location ! Located between Chicago and St. Louis so about a 3 hour drive to get peace and quiet. Cabin appears to be newly built and the place is SPOTLESS !! 10 minute drive to Walmart or Kroger or if you prefer get some local good eats !! Also plenty of Firewood for us city slickers :)... Has a smoker and a Blackstone griddle that are really good. Only thing if one prefers , bring a charcoal grill if allowed ..?? Place was awesome !! Thank you Jennifer and siblings. 5 STARS !! We'll be going back !!

Very private and peacful. Lots of wildlife to see. Wooded location. And this was in the winter definitely going back. Can wait to see all the green of spring or summer. Unique place very cozy vibe.

We loved staying at this cottage. The house was pristine. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The reason for our trip was unexpectedly a funeral and it was a lovely place to go and be while grieving a loved one. Peaceful, clean, quiet, close to family. Thank you!

Thank you for having us! I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding at the Cannery. Many of described the house as a real life dollhouse with so many fun characteristics and nooks and crannies! The closeness to Cannery was unbeatable! Thank you for a beautiful space to stay in before I tied the knot!!!!

House was very clean and well kept, had many amenities that were really helpful and surrounded by great night life, will stay here again on the next trip

We enjoyed our staying at Tom”s place. We arrived a bit early and we were allowed to check in earlier. That was nice! Much space, big bedrooms. Equipped with everything we needed including the First Aid Kit. We visited this area for hiking. And the location is just great -3 wonderful parks near by. I think it should be also great to stay at Tom s place in winter. It has a nice fireplace. Thank you!
