We were in the area to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday with family. Steve's place provided a close and relaxing place to stay between family events. We did not have the opportunity to explore the outdoor amenities but the indoor space was perfect. It was clean with comfortable furniture including the king-size bed. We appreciated that there were coffee pods, shampoo and soap, paper towels, napkins and a Brita water pitcher in the fridge. The bathroom is small but was clean and with good shower water pressure. The place was quiet. Steve was responsive to questions and sent very detailed instructions prior to check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with plenty of intangibles. Safe neighborhood. Our children enjoyed being able to bike over to their Grandmothers house a few blocks away. Morning coffees on the canal and sunrise yoga on the lenai were one of a kind!! Hope to stay there again in the future!

Susan’s place was everything and more than we expected. Great amenities and dock area to hang out with a big group. Ubering to and from the city was no problem. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use. Very responsive host with answers to our questions about the pool and hot tub.

We absolutely loved our Airbnb that we were fortunate to stay in while visiting family in South Florida! The amenities offered within the home, the space, the comfort, the location, the hosts — all highly surpassed what we would have had if we stayed in a hotel! If you see this Airbnb available and you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to snatch it up before someone else reserves it!

This home was perfect for our stay. Home is clean, comfortable, well appointed and host is very responsive! Definitely recommend!

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

We had a wonderful time at Sylvie‘s house in Nokomis. The communication was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. Sylvie knows the need of her customers which you can feel everywhere in the house. All was clean and very tastefully and decorated with love. We also met her little dog Daisy. A more than perfect stay. We would love to come back.

Excellent location and apartment. Everything was spotless and nice. Very comfy and beautiful view from the master bedroom. Definitely worth the price. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Tout était absolument parfait ! Logement très confortable, très très bien équipé et très propre ! Vraiment ok s’y sentait comme à la maison, on y serai vraiment bien resté plus longtemps ! Décoré avec goût, on a adoré ! Piscine a bonne température et propre. Super marché et restaurants juste en face. Plage à proximité ! Vraiment tout était parfait !!! Merci beaucoup !

What a lovely place to stay! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips…we appreciated the labeled light switches and cupboard doors and how well thought out everything was. We spent some very relaxing hours on the patio, overlooking the bay—that was a great perk. Ginger and John were there to greet us, after allowing us to check in early and made our stay a pleasant one. We are keeping this spot on our favorites list for next time.

So glad we got the chance to stay at George’s place. I loved it. It was cute and small. The bed was so comfortable and I felt like a nice little private getaway would 100% recommend anyone looking to get away from the city for a night of relaxation would stay here again.

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

This was a last minute weekend getaway trip for my son's 7th birthday and we're so glad we did as we had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed, huge kitchen sink, washer dryer, K cup and even fresh laid eggs from the chicken farm! The weather was also perfect. We spent the day in Sarasota and hung out around the fire pit at night. Kids had a blast! Will definitely come back, maybe with a larger group next time, as there is a larger property available on site as well.

We people think we know it all by reading half the instructions.1674 took me to the office. This was 12.00 am. After some time i gave up and decided to read everything on how to get in. We found it in a few minutes.🤣. Had a very rrlaxing time. Mark

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

We love staying at Jigg’s Landing! This was our third time staying here now. The cabins are cute and clean. The facilities are also very clean. We saw staff always keeping and maintaining the showers, restrooms and cabins. There are space heaters for the cold months which was great! Great coffee, great food cooked fresh. I love the porches overlooking the lake. It’s always a relaxing stay here. We also love the live music in the evenings. I feel like Jigg’s is a hidden treasure! Thank you for the stay!

Amazing House and Hosts!!! The pool and lake are a real gem. We had a lot of rain and couldn't go out much, but there was so much to do at the house that we had a wonderful time. The garage has a lot to do and all the beach equipment you could dream of. We ended up having a scary health situation arise and Stu and Catherine were so helpful and responsive. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone, the house was so well stocked, even with toddler/baby options, the guest book had so much useful information about the area, and they were always a message away if we had questions. We're looking forward to booking them for a vacation again next year!

Stay was great. We had a couple of issues (thrown breaker and leaky pipe under sink), but they were both solved within thirty minutes of me sending a message. We would stay again if in the area.

We stayed here on our trip to FL, and enjoyed going to see friends, Seeing training games. Greet to come back to and relax, sit in lanai; so lovely in morning! Birds singing… Wonderful stay.

House was very cozy comfortable and relaxing , Choose from many beaches around area , would stay there again.
