My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic time we had at this house! Michael went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house had so much fun going on inside that the kids didn’t want to leave and see the rest of Sarasota. :) So clean and so well decorated. We will defiantly be back!!

We were new to Sarasota rental and came down for Christmas week as family of 5 (3 adult sons). The place was perfect fit. 2 baths/showers; pool and patio; 5 mins to plazas and 10 mins to key places. Roma was quick when we had questions. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture especially since the weather was so beautiful. The location was great for going south to Siesta Key or out to Lido Key. It was also close to downtown and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. Chris was very responsive and helpful. We didn't have any concerns during the stay, everything went really smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay there again. Sarasota is such a beautiful place to visit!

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Mary is a great host with a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything is neat, clean and updated with all the essentials that you might need for your stay. We felt right at home. The pool and screened area are nice when you want to relax outdoors without leaving the property. Everything else that you need is only a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our hosts Edward & Tatiana were outstanding hosts, in so many ways. We didn’t have any problems but did ask a few questions & they responded immediately. We would definitely go there again. My grandkids loved the toys/games in the garage while I loved the decor, pool & heated toilet seat! 😎🙌

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time coming to Randy’s place and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great pool and hot tub, quite neighborhood easy to get to places like beaches other than traffic. Thanks Randy Great communication!

This airbnb house is one of our favorites. the neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard and pool are very private. The local beaches were closed but we had a great time lounging poolside every day.

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, first extended winter vacation in Florida. When we saw the devastation after hurricanes Helene and Milton, we wanted to cancel, fearing the island wouldn’t be up and running when we arrived. Mario assured us several times all would be good and it was! The house was perfectly repaired, pool was beautiful, and the island beaches were in great shape. The house is an easy walk to the beach with your trusty little wagon to carry everything (beach chairs, towels, cooler all provided) Grocery store is just a few blocks away for cooking in and the restaurants we went to were great (Waterfront was my favorite).

The apartment was very roomy, clean and we loved the well-stocked kitchen with the beautiful countertops and all the cooking utensils that you could want. Renee is an excellent host, very responsive! It was great to enjoy morning coffee out on the balcony!

This is a great place to stay with family. It has plenty of space (can comfortably fit 3 couples in their own bedrooms) with an open floor plan throughout the house. It’s really generous for the host to make this a pet friendly home because it’s perfect for them with the lanai and backyard. The beds are very comfortable and so is the couch. The house is well equipped with everything for a great stay. This house is in a quiet neighborhood right next to the state park which attracts beautiful birds and allows for wonderful walks through the neighborhood. Alex is a great host that will ensure your stay is comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet place walking distance to downtown with green-spaces and charming residential cache that is upscale but NOT MacMansions is not easy to find in a larger city. This place will make you feel right at home. All I wished for that I didn't have was a small toaster oven but I made do. (The microwave, kCup, fridge are compact but effective). You’ll like this if you appreciate simple tasteful quarters with privacy, quiet, and places to walk to…close to everything and a great Value for one or two guests.

Beautiful home! In the garage they had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing rods and scooters. Made our visits to the beach much easier and convenient. I recommend bringing your bikes if you want to bike around the neighborhood!
