We stayed with a group of friends for the long weekend. The place is amazing with spacious rooms and a gorgeous outdoor area and view. The host is super helpful, responsive, and accommodating. It's also a small drive from the nearest town Tumbarumba. Loved it!

We loved this place!! The location is absolutely stunning and we had some beautiful sunsets while we were there. The inside is so cute and cozy. We felt right at home ❤️ the hosts were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to come back here in another season!!

I had a truly fantastic stay with Ron and Sarah. The cottage itself was just incredible, built by Ron, and his work is amazing. Everything you would need as a guest is there; fully equipped kitchen, plenty of relaxing space, comfy bed and I think the fact it even has aircon is incredible. Plenty of windows as well, with bug screens so you can get a nice airflow through. Unbelievable views all round the property, the veranda out the back is an amazing place to sit with a cold beer after a day out and about! I cannot speak highly enough of Ron as a host. Absolutely incredible gent, so welcoming and friendly to chat with. He gave me so many fantastic recommendations to do in the local area and lent me a bike to do an incredible cycle in the local area. Nothing was too much and he would always be lovely and chatty when I saw him around the property. I wish I could have stayed for more than just 2 nights and would definitely love to return again!

We loved staying here over the holiday summer break. The cottage was as described but no photos could capture the beautiful view that is right at the front of the cottage. We used the cottage for a base for many of the walks in the area but it was equally lovely for just spending a day relaxing by the lake. The local wildlife was great to see - kangaroos and wombats and Gordon has a lot of farm animals as well. Overall, I would reccomend this accomodation.

Our stay at the Native Valley Cottage was incredibly relaxing. Surrounded by breathtaking views, we felt completely at peace in the beautiful surroundings. Sally was a wonderful host—she had thoughtfully prepared a delicious cake for us, along with fresh bread, vegetables, and everything needed for a hearty breakfast. The homemade tomato sauce and jams were absolutely delightful. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed exploring the property, taking peaceful walks, petting the horses, and listening to the soothing sounds of cows mooing in the distance. We had an amazing time and only wish we could have stayed longer!

best airbnb ever! the house is beautiful , spacious, super comfortable and clean. the garden and animals around are very well looked after. lots of indoors and outdoors games for the kids. thumbs up for Mel and Jeremy who are absolutely the best and for example spent time feeding the farm animals with the kids.

Everything about this location is beautiful. The unit is comfortable, well set out and well stocked with every you need. The bed was a dream. Our hostess’ were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property, it’s peaceful and sitting on the porch watching the birds was wonderful. I hope to stay here in the future.

Was a great stay. Stayed here on a business trip and it had everything I needed to be comfortable and was close to the shops.

off grid as advertised, did not realise how much life noise i took with me. The river and birds helped to flush it away. Felt safe and homely, thank you Wendy :)
