We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Short 2-night stay. Lovely cottage. Very clean. Well equipped. Nice bathroom with a bathtub. Comfortable bed. Generous amounts of linens. Beautiful location in the midst of nature. Enjoyed the rare quiet and stillness - what a treat! With afternoon nightfall I missed lights in the dining area and with below zero and single digit temps it was chilly in the open space living area despite using the mobile oil heater. I would be happy to return for another stay.

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

El apartamento está muy bien! muy limpio y luminoso, en un barrio tranquilo y cerquita del centro de lausanne en metro. Nathalie estuvo muy pendiente, incluso nos fue a buscar a la estación de lausanne y nos llevó en coche, porque llegamos a medianoche. Es una gran anfitriona!!

This home was perfect for our group of 6 (including a 3.5 year old). The house was spotless and comfortable. We like to cook at home and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen to accommodate our needs. We were in town for a wedding and two other groups were within walking distance from us on the walking trail in front of the house. The outside space and views left us speechless. The view is unmatched. Thank you Jocelyne for opening up your home to us!

Logement idéalement situé. Charmante petite maison, bien que les équipements soient un peu anciens. La maison semblait ne pas avoir été louée récemment, comme le suggérait la cafetière contenant de l'eau stagnante. Cependant, l'emplacement et le charme de la maison compensent largement ces petits détails. Recommandée pour deux personnes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Lausanne et l'appartement de Killian a participé à notre satisfaction. Je recommande +++. Tout y est : confort y compris de la literie, luminosité, propreté, fonctionnalités, super environnement avec terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis et avec vue sur les arbres L'appartement est le lieu de vie de son locataire donc tout est là pour se sentir chez soi. Merci pour ton hospitalité Kilian et tes petites attentions.

Le logement était encore mieux qu’en photo. Nous avons passés un moment super agréable dans ce airbnb très bien équipé d’ailleurs et idéalement situé avec un parking juste en face. Camille est une hôte très réactive, et arrangeante. Bref, nous nous sentions comme chez nous, et si nous revenons dans le coin je n’hésiterai pas à reprendre ce logement. Merci pour tout ☺️

Le logement correspond bien à la description, c’est parfait pour une personne de seule. Encore merci pour l’accueil et la réactivité lorsque j’avais des interrogations.

Cobblestone streets with charming shops near by. Pharmacy and food market within walking distance in addition to the train and bus stop that makes it ideal if you want to explore other towns. Anne-Sophie mentioned it is a 16th century building so it was interesting to find vestige elements of another era. My family lives in Pully so I plan to make this gem my go to place when I visit again.

Spacious and clean place with friendly host

スイスでの一人旅で、Marineさんの部屋に5泊6日滞在致しました。 とても居心地が良くお洒落な空間は、ゆっくりとくつろぐ事が出来ました。 ローザンヌの中心地からも近く、観光・ショッピングと楽しむことも出来、本当に満足です。 Marineさんは、連絡もスムーズで優しく素敵な方でした。

Arndt's bright and comfortable apartment is on the top floor of a villa in a very pretty and peaceful part of Lausanne. It has a lovely view from the balcony of his garden as well as of the Lake of Geneva. There is a bus service (bus no. 21) to within a few 100 metres of the apartment which runs every 10 minutes and not only goes to the station but also to Pully, on the lake. We had a wonderful holiday staying in Arndt's apartment and enjoyed hiking some of the many trails in this part of Switzerland; along the lake, through lots and lots of vineyards, up and down hills, through forests, along rivers and streams, and also past rural mansions and ancient castles (the castle in Aigle and Chillon Castle are spectacular). We also took several trips on the lake on old paddle steamers. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful host and beautiful apartment. Encountered no issues during our stay (party of 4). Spacious, comfortable beds (1x king + 2x single), stunning views. House is built on a slope (as is very typical for the beautiful area). Outside stairs lead up to the property (ca 10), consider if you require step-free access. Convenient outside parking space for car. We will be very happy to return.

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment with the lake view is quite beautiful. Every day, we just woke up with Geneva Lake surrounding us.Corale and Peter are quite friendly. They answer every of my question quickly. And Peter even came out to welcome us! And the apartment is near the train station, which makes it very convenient. We really like everything here.Hope we have the chance to come back again. Highly recommended from every single aspect!

Superbe logement avec une vue à vous couper le souffle ! Idéal avec des enfants (jouets +++, baignoire, lit bébé, chaises hautes...) Cependant les alentours en poussette (double, pour nous) sont difficiles (relief +++) Aucune nuisance sonore. Les propriétaires (que nous n avons pas rencontrés) sont d une très grande gentillesse Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.

Все хорошо ,квартира удобная ,вид шикарный, единственный минус не работал лифт,но он нужен не для всех ,в моем случае нужен был … !

Base has a great Lausanne location. Right in a neighborhood yet so close to the station, port, and the M2 line. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was very workable — it even had a small dishwasher! The housekeeping crew did a great job with our unit as it was spotless when we arrived. Only hiccup was at checkin when the system said our room wasn’t ready yet. It was Sunday and the Base team was off, but the phone number hotline they provided was able to remedy this issue pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend Base when you’re looking for a little more space or to stay in town for a longer time!

We had a wonderful time at Samantha’s. The place is spacious and we had plenty of room with our one year old son. The laundry room and amenities were new and exactly what we needed traveling as a family. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could possibly want. We had a car, so getting to and from the home was very easy although a bus line does run a couple hundred yards away. They did a beautiful job on this new and modern home. Samantha was a kind host and we would definitely stay again.
