Un séjour magnifique dans un lieu splendide ! C'est une chance de pouvoir passer quelques jours dans cet endroit idyllique. La maison est très bien équipée, lumineuse et vraiment agréable à vivre. La vue est extraordinaire, et l'accueil chaleureux ainsi que les bons conseils ont rendu notre expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus, geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet, in bester Lage am See. Die Küche super ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Retreat über die Feiertage. Im Winter sitzt man auch gerne am warmen Holzofen mit Blick auf den See, ein gutes Buch in der Hand. Top!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

The house is truly beautiful and perfect in every way. Impeccably decorated with the most exquisite taste, Anne Sandra’s home is a jewel. Great open spaces, a large garden surrounded with the most sumptuous views on the Alps and the Leman Lake on one side and vineyards on the other. Thank you for a most wonderful stay with the family ! We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Christine was a very communicative host and kind when I had to check in late. The functional studio is in a conveniently located location by the train station and had all the amenities I needed to stay for a few days. I would rent again when visiting the Lauvaux region!

Our recent stay at this beautifully renovated Airbnb left us enchanted by its unique blend of modern design and historic charm. The open space design spans two floors, maximizing natural light and showcasing the stunning views of Lake Geneva. The loft boasts one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious living area perfect for relaxation or socializing. The highlight of the space is undoubtedly the Master Bedroom, accessible via a captivating glass staircase. This sanctuary offers a tranquil retreat, with plush furnishings and thoughtful touches ensuring a restful night's sleep. During my time at the loft, I appreciated the hosts' commitment to hospitality and genuine connection. Their passion for meeting people from all walks of life was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversations and sharing travel stories.

Très bel appartement, très spacieux, au 2e étage, avec vue sur le lac Leman. Encore plus grand en vrai que sur les photos. Parking gratuit devant l’entrée. Plage de Paudex accessible à pied en 2 minutes.

5 étoiles et même plus pour cet appartement ! Il est très calme et pourtant hyper bien situé, à deux pas du lac : il se trouve dans un quartier agréable et tranquille, il donne sur une rue très peu fréquentée et, de toute façon, les fenêtres ont toutes un double vitrage. Il était très propre, il est super confortable avec notamment une excellente literie, il est très bien équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et il est en plus joliment décoré : c'est logique puisque Pascale, l'hôte, est une artiste et qu'elle vit elle-même dans cet appartement. Le check-in et check-out ont été très faciles et la communication avec Pascale a été un vrai plaisir !

Superbe séjour. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est énorme et bien orientée même si nous n’en avons pas beaucoup profité à cause du temps. Localisation idéale mais attention si vous êtes en voiture, pas facile de se garer pour le long terme. Le long d’une longue route fréquentée, attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé !

Edouard a été un super hôte, très arrangeant et sympathique. Son logement est à l’image des photos, très accueillant et également facilement accessible (à pieds ou en transport). Je vous le recommande.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement très bien décoré et équipé, et avec vue magnifique sur le lac Leman. Le logement est en plus très bien situé, proches de nombreuses lignes de bus et du metro. Je recommande !

Arndt's bright and comfortable apartment is on the top floor of a villa in a very pretty and peaceful part of Lausanne. It has a lovely view from the balcony of his garden as well as of the Lake of Geneva. There is a bus service (bus no. 21) to within a few 100 metres of the apartment which runs every 10 minutes and not only goes to the station but also to Pully, on the lake. We had a wonderful holiday staying in Arndt's apartment and enjoyed hiking some of the many trails in this part of Switzerland; along the lake, through lots and lots of vineyards, up and down hills, through forests, along rivers and streams, and also past rural mansions and ancient castles (the castle in Aigle and Chillon Castle are spectacular). We also took several trips on the lake on old paddle steamers. We hope to be back soon!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hell und sauber. Perfekte Lage: 50m zum See, 150m zum Strandbad, direkt an der schönen mittelalterlichen Altstadt. Die Küche war sehr komplett ausgestattet.

We stayed here for a few months and had a great experience. The apartment has everything we needed, including a washer AND a dryer, which is not easy to find in Switzerland. It's very spacious. The kitchen has almost everything you can think of, with many plates, silverware, pans, etc. The bed was comfortable (a king bed). There are very nice views of the lake and mountains over the rooftops in front of the apartment. The only advice I'd give is that there are a lot of stairs from the street up to the apartment (top floor), and no elevator. We took it as free exercise, but if you have difficulties with stairs, this might not be the place for you.

Es ist ein charmantes Haus am Wasser. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wundervoll, das Rauschen des Sees lässt einen wunderbar schlafen. Der See ist direkt vor der Tür und lädt zum Bade ein. Mit dem Zug gelangt man von St-Prex an fast alle Orte am Genfersee. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

merveilleux séjour dans cadre de rêve

Wir waren schon das 2 mal bei Paloma im Chalet und es hat uns sehr gefallen und haben uns wohl gefühlt! Können wir empfehlen das Chalet und die Lage ist top! Leider mussten wir dieses Jahr auch wieder eine Matratze mit nehmen da unsere Kinder zu klein sind für im oberen Stock alleine zu schlafen da es nur über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist! Die Lage ist absolut einmalig und der Steg einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt am Murtensee. Michael war ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Wir haben schöne Herbsttage im Ferienhaus am See genossen. Auch an kalten Tagen kann schnell und einfach mit Elektroradiatoren geheizt werden. Es hat eine gute zweckmässige Ausstattung und war sauber. Einzig die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem, aber das ist natürlich gefühlssache. 😀
