It was our second time staying in this cabin and it was perfect for our group. We love the location and set up. Neil was responsive to our questions as well!

Yet another lovely stay at The Little House! When we travel to Spearfish we definitely feel at home in this clean, cozy and welcoming home. The location is perfect; close to a walking path, eateries, and BHSU campus. Arianna was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend The Little House.

We booked the cabin for our annual family ski trip! We loved the space and loved that we could bring our furry friend! The home was just as described. We enjoyed the hot tub! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in garage! What a wonderful location, will definitely book again.

The Kickback Shack was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to ride snowmobiles. House was super nice and love the location - easy access to trails, restaurants and town. Highly recommended!

Had a very nice stay at this wonderful old gold mining town home. Very clean and nicely outfitted home. Did a very nice job of updating this old house yet leave enough of the originality of the place. Jaynie and Tom were always responsive for any of are needs.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The views were pleasant and it was a Quick drives to local attractions! The hot tub was a nice perk for ending your evening. I can’t speak for the other beds but the Master Bedroom bed didn’t work well for my husband’s back. Leo communicated well with us and left very clear instructions. If you looking for something that’s family oriented this is the home for you!

My family and I enjoyed the property so much! We had plenty of room for parking our snowmobile trailer as well as an abundance of forest surrounding the property, with tons of wildlife! Our dog was over-the-moon with all the space he was able to run. Very clean, spacious home with fully stocked kitchen and appliances. Hot showers and bath and tv’s for the kids to enjoy winding down at night. Deana and Toby were so helpful and friendly- really felt like home. We would love to come back again!

My group initially found it a little odd staying in someone's home (as opposed to a full-time rental), but the house was clean, comfortable, and spacious so we got over it quickly. Kaleigh was quick to respond to communication and we had no complaints. Would stay again if ever in the area again.

Great location. Loved walking the city trails by the stream and seeing the deer every time we went for a walk. Enjoyed walking to the Saturday farmers market. Sue was quick to respond to any questions.

Custer Camp is 5 star all way around and is the best place we have ever stayed. Great amenities that include a well equipped kitchen, pool table, hot tub, gas fired stove in living room, and a stocked pond. The views were amazing right from the property which is situated on 40 acres where we were able to see bald eagles, deer, and elk. The host were very accommodating to our needs and even provided a special treat during our stay. The property is centrally located to all of the attractions in the area making it very easy to get to trails, lakes, landmarks, shopping and dining. You will feel right at home with wi-fi, jetted tub and plenty of movies with a large couch for the whole family to enjoy and plan out your day. We plan to stay here again in the future.

I visited Angies place for a weekend birthday trip and immediately felt right at home. She was very friendly and even surprised me and my party with gormet cupcakes! The linens and furniture were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with basic ingredients and even a few snacks. A great location for visiting the great outdoors of the Black Hills!

Clear communication on the stay, check in and out process! Everything in the home was clean and organized and in a great spot!

April has done an amazing job with all of the little touches she has made on the place to make you feel welcome and cozy! Deer every evening to watch out the windows! Hot tub was perfect with great signs to follow from the hot tub towels all the way to the hot tub! Beautiful place!

The cabin is in a beautiful yet convenient location. We took a walk one morning. The kids spent a lot of time in the hot tub enjoying the scenery out back. We enjoyed playing games and cooking. It was a wonderful spring break! Even took a couple naps on the couch in front of the fireplace! Deer and turkeys frequented the property.

This was a great place to stay! Private and clean!Enjoyed the views!! Host was very friendly, fast with replies, and flexible! I would stay here again over and over!

This rental was outstanding! We’ve stayed at many rental homes and this home had the most well supplied kitchen we’ve ever had. This home is a really long way from town and other homes, so it was very peaceful and quiet. We were there in the winter and the scenery was unbelievable! The hosts were so good at making sure the road and driveway were plowed for us. They had the home very well supplied with extra items so we didn’t feel we had to run into town unnecessarily. They took the time to make the decor very cozy and homey. Lots of nice little touches. We will definitely go back!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Hills!! The home is just beautiful! From the tasteful furnishings to the cozy fireplace, we couldn’t have found a more wonderful place to stay. Everything was extremely clean and convenient. Be and Tom were so incredibly responsive and organized. Above and beyond for sure! The hot tub was a welcome spot to relax after a long day of hiking and exploring. We had all we needed for a fantastic trip. Next time we come back to SD we will absolutely not hesitate to stay at Moonlight Pines! Thank you once again for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing place. Worked great for us. Only “complaint” would be the water pressure and lack of hot water. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Truly magical. This cabin is a dream-like getaway. The location is far off the beaten path which was exactly what we wanted. It was in a central location for so many sightseeing activities (Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Devils Tower, Custer State Park) and literally down the street from historic Deadwood which we took advantage of for dinner most nights. The cabin had everything you could think of and was so amazingly clean. Hosts were so helpful with thorough instructions and guidance beforehand (and an awesome guidebook to reference at the house). We got more than expected snow a few of the days and took advantage of the hot tub! Bed was so comfortable and the area was quiet and peaceful. For our first ever trip to the Black Hills, the cabin made our trip a dream come true. I really cannot say enough about how great this place was. Would love to make our way back out to this side of the country again and stay here again!
