We had an excellent stay here during a January snowmobiling trip, and our group of four was accommodated very comfortably. Clean, quiet, well kept, and plenty of activities inside to enjoy at the end of a long day. If you're traveling in with a trailer or large/multiple vehicles, parking at this apartment unit can be a little tight, one assigned parking space and a couple of guest spaces that might or might not be available at times. We were able to unhook and park our trailer off-site for the weekend at the event we were attending, so fortunately this wasn't an issue for us. Nathan was also very helpful to suggest some other options for additional parking nearby if needed. Highly recommend!

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

This condo worked very well for our group ski trip to Terry Peak. The location is more than ideal!

I visited Angies place for a weekend birthday trip and immediately felt right at home. She was very friendly and even surprised me and my party with gormet cupcakes! The linens and furniture were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with basic ingredients and even a few snacks. A great location for visiting the great outdoors of the Black Hills!

Loved the space! Had a great time in town and the stay was a big part of that! Would recommend to any of my friends:)

April has done an amazing job with all of the little touches she has made on the place to make you feel welcome and cozy! Deer every evening to watch out the windows! Hot tub was perfect with great signs to follow from the hot tub towels all the way to the hot tub! Beautiful place!

It over all was a very great experience. It was so much better then sitting in a hotel room with a group at least with this we all had our own rooms

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay! We came to Deadwood for a birthday getaway and Codi’s place was ideally located just outside of Deadwood but gave us the privacy we were looking for as well. Highly recommend anyone to stay for a night or more! Codi’s communication couldn’t have been any better. I had notified him that we would be arriving later in the night and he had reached out with his phone number to call if we had any problems getting in. Although we didn’t need to, I definitely appreciated that! Thank you for letting us stay and experience your little house in the hills!

We enjoyed our stay at Bryce’s place! The home had plenty of space for our kids and we had fun playing pool together. We were staying in Sturgis and driving to Lead for our son’s basketball tournament. The drive was so pretty and it was an easy and convenient place to stay. I would definitely recommend Bryce’s house for families, you’ll have plenty of room!

Bryce was such an engaging host. Friendly and informative as you can find. I hope to cross paths with him again!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The views were pleasant and it was a Quick drives to local attractions! The hot tub was a nice perk for ending your evening. I can’t speak for the other beds but the Master Bedroom bed didn’t work well for my husband’s back. Leo communicated well with us and left very clear instructions. If you looking for something that’s family oriented this is the home for you!

Jenna’s “cabin” was modern, clean and beautifully decorated! We had the nicest time — even though we shortened our stay due to a heavy snow prediction. Everything was exactly as described and photos don’t do it justice. The cabin was only a few minutes to Spearfish yet it felt secluded and peaceful. We saw at least 8 deer and a huge (40!) flock of turkey. The wildlife just hung around the cabin with us. My husband particularly enjoyed watching the animals. We hope to stay here again next time!

Perfect house for 2 couples. Very clean, many amenities. Beautiful decor and very cozy.

beautiful location and lodg. it was perfect for our family to stay 2 bedrooms and baths. we spent the days at different attractions and then came home to a nice little space. no a/c, but it was always cool in the evening, so it was perfect. hot tubs were a great way to end the day. we stayed over the week of the 4th. it was just perfect.

This was the perfect place for me and the family while we skied at Terry Peak. Everyone had a comfy clean bed, amenities were great, and we loved hanging out in the hot tub every night! Braden was very responsive and informative. We'd definitely come back if we have the opportunity!

Our stay at the Hillside Hideaway was absolutely amazing! The place was so beautiful and spacious, it felt like our own little slice of heaven. Trista’s decorating skills are incredible - it really felt like home for four whole days. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

short walk to the ski lift and got to relax in the pool, hot tub and sauna! would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Perfect location for our stay and the room was clean. Easy access with the lock on the door and had everything we needed inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, cups, appliances, and the bathroom shower was roomy and clean. The room was a little small for 2 people and our archery gear, and we went in the summer, so it was hot, even with the fans. I didn't look to see if there was A/C, so that was my fault. The bed was comfortable! There was a TV in the living room and bedroom, which was nice, even though we didn't use them, and the internet was quick and easy to connect to. It was a little noisy with kids running around upstairs and we being on the first floor, but by bed-time it got quiet. You can see the ski lodge from the room and it takes about 5 minutes to walk there! We would stay again, but maybe on an upper unit.

Great place to stay, especially if you are skiing at Terry Peak. We enjoyed how close it was to the lodges. Very easy check-in and checkout. Clean space with very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Great option for those heading to Terry Peak to ski/snowboard or if you’re just looking for a place within reasonable distance to Deadwood. Would stay here again!
