We spent one night at Tyler's place. The loft was clean, nicely decorated and centrally located. We were able to easily walk to the KU campus and the downtown area. Parking was easy and very close to the unit. We enjoyed our brief stay and would gladly stay there again.

We absolutely love staying at Fernando’s when we are in Lawrence. These apartments are perfectly located for walking to Mass. The apartment is very comfortable and always spotless. Fernando is a wonderful host, always helpful and quick to reply. Book if it’s available, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll be a repeat visitor like us.

This was our second stay, and we will be back again for sure! This apartment is so beautiful with all the extra amenities to feel right at home. Coffee pods, creamer, snacks, and all the little things for cooking, even oil and seasonings. The bed is firm, but extremely comfortable and I love that there were so many extra pillows and blankets to choose from. I love the spacious and uncluttered space with the windows for sunlight. The heat worked very well (it was very cold the weekend we stayed), and the dishwasher did too. We did not use the washing machine, but I appreciate that there was detergent and soap available. I love this location on Mass, as you can walk to so many great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Wanna is a great host- super quick with communication and very helpful and kind. She allowed us to leave our car parked while we shopped and ate the day we left town. A perfect weekend for sure!

Fernando’s place was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable beds. Provided all the necessary to make us feel at home. Very responsive, answer all my inquiries right away. I highly recommend this place.

Fernando's location was exactly as described. It was nice to have a sealed toilet indicating it was cleaned. Each bedroom had a spare fan to use. The couch is very long so it was nice to stretch out and relax. We definitely enjoyed our overnight stay here and would recommend it to other visitors!

Apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet and sits right beside a beautiful walking path!! Our stay was just what we needed- family time! Super clean and decor I wished was at my house! We will definitely be back! Fernando was a very responsive host. 10/10

My stay was wonderful. The rental is easy to find and a nice 2 block walk to an excellent coffee and bakery. The owners provide all the amenities that I had hoped for plus more especially regarding kitchen and bathroom goodies. The rooms are all nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to my questions and initiated contact to make sure I was satisfied with accommodations. The neighborhood is lovely. There is designated guest parking and access to the apartment was easy. This place exceeded my expectations and I recommend it. I hope to stay there again.

Our stay was great. The apartment was very nice and clean. The location on Mass Street was perfect. We had one issue which was addressed quickly - the hot water wasn’t working. Maintenance responded within a half hour and resolved the issue. Were had a great stay!

Manny was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The place even had extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, snacks, etc. Very thoughtful and a great place to stay. Thank you Manny!

My son and I loved our stay! It was only eight minutes away from Great Wolf Lodge, conveniently, with the convenience of being able to make your own meals! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

My Airbnb experience was fabulous! Stunning atmosphere & cozy. I enjoyed the TV size, hot tub, and kitchen. Made all home cooked meals. Jackie provided snacks too. Location was walkable to everything downtown. Parking varied and needed to pay meters at times and I got 1 ticket. Then I found a free parking one block away so that was okay. I would definitely come back and stay again. Clean, organized, comfortable. Extra pillows, soap, hair dryer, pots and pans. Splendid trip! May even think of renting from 800 Lofts.

We came to Lawrence for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and needed a last minute place to stay. Some condos you stay in are overly-complex to get into and this one was very simple and easy! Parking was on the street but we had no problems finding a spot close to the condo and on a Saturday night it was relatively quiet, no issues at all. Amanda, the host was super responsive & kind. The couch turned into a futon and came with a mattress topper which made it very comfortable for my daughter. The location was walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to be anywhere downtown that you would want to go. Overall, as described and we would recommend!

Wonderful stay! Apartment was easy to locate and access in a very secure building. Adorable decorations and stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable!
