This house was perfect for us. There was 8 of us total attending student visit days at KU. Location to KU was less than 7 minutes. The house was easy to find and was as described. Would stay here again.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Conveniently located to both KC attractions and Snow Creek with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Check-in was a breeze and we felt right at home with a well stocked kitchen, cozy robes, and games for all ages. Our kids loved the nostalgic touches, while the quiet atmosphere and soaker tub brought some much needed downtown. We would absolutely stay again!

Brandon’s home is perfect for a stay in Topeka. Close to the freeway, in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space to spread out.

This house worked well for our family gathering. We had plenty of beds and nice common space to socialize.

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

The home was so spacious. 6 bedrooms and 3 of them have a private bathroom! The home was clean and nicely decorated. Johnny was very helpful with an early check in and very responsive. Excellent home!

Bill was proactive and responsive. The place was clean and well taken care of. 10/10 would do again, he is clearly a super host!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. I have 4 daughters and we homeschool. They had a huge table perfect for school, a nice open kitchen/ floorplan - perfect for a big family. We all slept great and loved the amenities this house had to offer! We did s’mores, sat in the hot tub, I used the sauna and we have movie nights every night! So much fun!

Monica’s house was beautiful and better than pictures (if that’s possible)!!! She was very helpful and responsive when I reached out. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Easy and reasonable clean up.

My stay was wonderful. The rental is easy to find and a nice 2 block walk to an excellent coffee and bakery. The owners provide all the amenities that I had hoped for plus more especially regarding kitchen and bathroom goodies. The rooms are all nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to my questions and initiated contact to make sure I was satisfied with accommodations. The neighborhood is lovely. There is designated guest parking and access to the apartment was easy. This place exceeded my expectations and I recommend it. I hope to stay there again.

This may be the best Airbnb I've stayed in yet! Leslie was an incredible host who crafted a truly beautiful space to stay in. Each room was designed so intentionally & matched the surroundings of the peaceful ranch perfectly. Not only was it beautiful, but she was hospitable enough to leave delicious muffins & snacks for us in the kitchen when we arrived! Plus, she had high-quality baby items that saved us from traveling with even more baby supplies than we already had! If you're looking for a peaceful spot to spend some quality time with friends, this is absolutely the spot. 11/10 would recommend!

First time staying in someone’s basement and we were a little nervous but we felt right at home. Comfortable beds, cozy feeling, clean in every way, snacks and drinks upon arrival and an amazing host! We will definitely stay again if visiting the area again!

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips on exploring the area. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The house was fantastic. Very spacious and clean with lots of amenities. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 and it slept everyone comfortably. Peggy was an outstanding host and very proactive with communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend Peggy and this house!

This place was so comfortable and cozy for an extended weekend in the KC area! We had a family of 5 plus a dog and we all felt at home and like we had plenty of personal space but also plenty of community areas to spend time together. Everything was very clean and tidy as well. The split level living was spacious. The kitchen and dining were very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were comfy. The theater and game rooms were pretty cool and fun. The backyard was fully fenced and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place. Heck if it went up for sale I’d be interested in buying it because we enjoyed it that much. You can’t go wrong with booking here!

Lovely, historic home full of interesting treasures from around the world. Comfortable and very walkable to a park across the street, other walking paths, and to Mass Street where there are lots of great shops, restaurants, bookstores, coffee shops, and much more. The home has modern touches while maintaining the historic integrity of the house. We felt right at home and very comfortable. If the weather permits, there are outdoor seating options available which was quite nice. We also enjoyed finding a dog-friendly place and having the park right across the streets. Our dogs had the best vacation! The hosts are very responsive and helpful and are excellent hosts.
