A beautiful place with tons of room! Highly recommend!

My family and I had enjoyed our stay and had a great time. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again when visiting family! Wayne is a great host. Very responsive and friendly.

Loved our stay at the Capitol view! We were in town for a few days to hit the bourbon trail. This location is perfect if you want to see numerous distilleries from one central location. If it's spring-fall there's a free trolley around town. Do NOT miss a chance to swing by Rebecca Ruth's candy and try the bourbon balls! The house was clean, beds comfortable (one was firm the other soft), good water pressure in the shower. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting. Host was very responsive and nice. We will be back!!

Our group had a great stay at Seth's place in Lexington. Seth was extremely polite, responsive to our questions, and made our group feel welcome. The house was clean with plenty of space for our group of 8 guys. Great location and easy to get to all of the places we visited.

Very peaceful quiet neighborhood. The house is on a dead end road with no traffic. The back yard on the other hand had much to offer from the hot tub to a full park directly behind it along with access to a walking path around the park. We also enjoyed a couple little league baseball games from the back porch. Definitely a good place to stay !

Jeff’s place was perfect! Much more breath taking in person than the photos! Beds are soft, hot tub and tv outside were perfect! We will definitely be returning soon!

Another great trip. The location is convenient and the place is superb. I loved the linens and the home was very clean! Nathan is a great host. I felt like he really cared about making my stay a good experience.

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

We loved our stay at the Uptown Retreat. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and Keenland. David was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best weekend! Great location but felt away from the business of Lexington! Wish we would have been able to stay longer than the weekend.

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

5/5 stars. a little dust in the corners and the ceiling in the room has some small but noticeable water stains. however, i’m not thrown off by that type of stuff so personally this still gets 5/5 stars. Dede responded quick, location is great for a walk, my dog was able to stay. room was DARK and i probably could have slept for an extra 3 hours.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

We were right by Buffalo Trace, which is why we were there. The place was great, great communication, and lots of information about the area given. A great place to stay!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Brooke was very accommodating. She was quick to respond to any questions we had about our stay. The location was a short drive to Bardstown Road and a shorter walk to Cherokee Park. The place is very cozy but offers enough room to be comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay at Brooke's place!

A nice apartment in an excellent location. Easy communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Karen and Doug were very attentive. There was a tornado warning and they came and set up cots in the basement with pillows and sheets. Made sure we had bottled water in the basement as well as Hershey kisses on the pillows. We had to go there for about two hours in the middle of the night until our son who lives in Louisville texted us it was safe to go upstairs to bed at about 2:00 am. A tornado which was an EF 3 touched down about three miles from us but we were safe. Outstanding and caring couple

2nd time staying here -- this time for the NCAA Tournament. Just a terrific location near a game arcade plus Rupp Arena and right next to a solid list of drink/food options. The only concern a group could have with this place -- one bedroom is 2 single beds. Another bedroom is closest to the walkway below near a pizzeria and brewery. So at night, if you're trying to go to sleep, you can potentially hear all of that below. But if you ask me, that's a small price to pay for a helluva entertaining area and awesome lodgings!

The condo was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy checkin and communication with Dan. We were sorry that our stay was short! Hope to stay there again.

We stayed during the Great Flood of the Kentucky River in April, 2025 and were evacuated due to flooding. Jon was extremely communicative and helpful and so friendly. Great host!

Katie's condo was perfect for our annual trip to KY. The space was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The condo was conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. Katie was very friendly and gave us great local recommendations. I will certainly look to stay with Katie again next year.
