Raymond was fantastic and very responsive. Every time I asked a question, he responded within 10 minutes. Very accommodating for my dog as well. The place was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. I would love to stay at his place again!

Our stay at this place was amazing. A great spot if you’re going for a pens game, or an event at PPG arena as it’s right across the street. Very clean, exactly as pictured. Beautiful view and all the amenities you could need. Free garage parking with ample spots was a huge plus as well! Would definitely stay at this location again!

A great place to stay! We enjoyed being in the middle of downtown and having the ability to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and the building was nice and quiet. We would happily stay here again the next time we are in Pittsburgh.

I had a very pleasant experience at this place, it was very comfortable for two people. It’s conveniently located right across the street from PPG arena. This place also offered free parking which was very nice. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

I visit the 'Burgh a handful of times a year and I intentionally book every visit with Chad, Stephanie, and the rest of the team. They are top of the line hosts. They give their all to their guest 100% of the time and are always there if you need them. From the top on down you can tell that their team is always on the same page and are always the epitome of customer service and what anyone would expect from their host. You guys are the best and I'll see you again soon!

very nice place. There are a few areas that were covered with stickers due to previous damage. I will say the window from the bedroom leading into the bathroom was a Lil bit of a shock but there is a blind that you can control to close it.

Conner is a great host. Instructions were spot on. Constant communication, quick answers. Place was spotless and in a perfect location, Lots to do near by. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Very much recommend this great one bedroom apartment across the street from the PPG Arena! Host was super responsive and helpful, apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was amazing. We easily walked to a Pirates game and to a Penguins game, plus excellent restaurants and attractions. Convenient parking, secure accommodations with on site security, and plenty of amenities in the apartment. Excellent experience!

This is a great location across from PPG paints Arena. The city is very walkable and the host responds readily. I would stay here again.

Very convenient and very clean. We paid for the parking pass in the ramp next door and it was the best decision. There isn’t a lot of parking around downtown.

Superb location for visiting CMU. Well equipped with amenities and kitchen items - we even cooked dumplings from scratch! Modern decoration / art is throughout making it feel like a real home. The bathrooms appear recently updated, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was a nice surprise installed after we had booked the stay and the outdoor areas are well kept. The host was very kind and thoughtful, going beyond expectations to bring umbrellas for the rain, and to offer unexpected amenities in town which was a very nice gesture even if we were unable to take advantage of them. The host was flexible and we graciously were alowed a later checkout as well.

Scott’s place was amazing, even better than the pictures. Great amount of space for our 6 guest. I enjoyed that Scott was quick to respond with any and all messages. Even checking on me and making sure everything was to my satisfaction. Will definitely be looking to stay at his property again next time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pittsburgh Haus while visiting family in the area. The home was clean, the kitchen well-supplied and the beds very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with ample parking. The location is perfect for visiting the South Hills, including Dormont, Mt. Lebanon & Bethel Park. And, there is easy access to Pittsburgh, our drive to downtown took about 15 minutes. Communication with the host was seamless. Highly recommend the Pittsburgh Haus. We look forward to staying there in future trips to Pittsburgh!

Christopher has a beautiful home. The kitchen is spacious and has upgraded appliances. The oven and hood are executive quality. The two master bedrooms are a plus. I recommend Christopher's home for large families or gatherings. We like the large kitchen Island and the dining table. Christopher's home offers everything you need in the kitchen. You can tell they thought about their guest when purchasing items.  I do have a few recommendations. The living room was cold, so I recommended installing a door in the basement. I also recommended adding space heaters in the basement because it was too cold to enjoy the games. I requested an early check-in but didn't check in until after 6. I was disappointed Christopher sent me a link to charge me extra money for a two-hour early check-in. I was also disappointed Christopher wanted to charge me extra money because I asked him if my 80-year-old Mom could stay in case it got late. He also wanted to charge me that. I would stay again!

We can not thank Alexis enough for a great stay at the Ritter Ranch. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a long stay. Alexis was always responsive to messages. The location was ideal - easy access to airport, downtown, shopping, restaurants etc... I have already recommended the Ritter Ranch to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We only used 2 of the 4 bed rooms but all the bed rooms were furnished nicely. There is also a couple of quiet rooms for reading or office work. We did not use the exercise room but it looked nice with equipment and mats. Brigette was very quick to respond to any of our questions.
