Jason's place had great amenities to take advantage of, from the large smart TV to include complementary streaming services, to the jetted hot-tub. The REAL Highlights of this home were the convenient and tranquil location. Everything was incredibly close, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Hosts set the standard for hospitality. Jason was quick to answer questions and provide the best experience for his guests. Will stay here again soon!

Loved staying here! Everything was great. There was noise from upstairs which was a bit distracting but it didn't ruin anything. The place was very clean and pretty well stocked with things. Nice big towels too.

This place is an excellent value — great location relative to the station from which the ski buses depart, comfortable, well-priced. It was also generally well-equipped, with the exception of some cookware, which we found a bit lacking. However, we had a great stay here and would certainly stay here again. Thanks Camille!

The place was perfect for what we were looking for! Close to where our family was staying nearby, and just 30 min from Snow Basin and Nordic Valley (which is ideal for beginners!). For great food options and “touristy” things to do other than skiing/boarding, will probably have to make the drive to Salt Lake City (30 min) or Park City (60 min). But Layton has all day-to-day things you need for a quiet, slow, relaxing time away. The place itself was just as described - clean, comfortable, accessible, nicely furnished and well-kept in a quiet residential neighborhood a couple min from freeway. We would come back!

Ella & Mo’s place was amazing! The surroundings were beautiful, up in the lovely mountains with such a peaceful neighborhood. We felt right at home, and there were so many amenities and even extras that were thoughtfully provided for guests. We would love to come back one day and stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area in need of a place to stay!

Great location at the foot of the mountains with easy driving access to Alta and Snowbird. Fantastic, responsive host. Beautiful setting. The shower is hot and has great water pressure which was wonderful after a day of skiing, but it is important to note that the two bedrooms share one bathroom and that access to the second bedroom is via that shared bathroom, so that part can be awkward. Great kitchen, great TV, and a working gas fireplace. On the whole, an excellent option for a ski crash pad at a very fair price.

Jaclyn is a wonderful host. You can tell she put a lot of thought and care into this space. We had a great time! Definitely check out Sawadee nearby if you like Thai food.

Our family stayed overnight, the place was very clean and had a lot of activities for the kids!! If we return to SLC we would definitely stay again! 🙂

If you are coming to ski/snowboard Zach’s location is KILLER. Just a very short drive to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons it is the ideal base camp for your trip. Kitchen is well stocked and with three bedrooms, a tv room, large kitchen and eating area there is plenty of room for you and your crew to stretch out and get comfortable. Plus it has a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as a hot tub just steps from your door. Amazing amount of shopping, grocery stores , and restaurants within a mile or so. Made our trip feel like pressing the “Easy” button staying here. And for the money relative to other choices in the area I found it to be fantastic value. Zach was an amazing and amazingly responsive host as well. Would absolutely rent again!

If you are skiing in Cottonwood Canyon, this is the absolute perfect place. It’s quaint and really suitable for one couple as the bathroom isn’t en suite which makes it awkward if you have a third guest. Very clean, and a great host. Definitely recommend staying here for a ski vacation

This place is absolutely amazing. The views of the mountains from the hot tub are unbeatable. Only about 40 minutes to Brighton ski resort. The hosts are super responsive and always willing to help. They quickly helped us whenever we had any questions. I would come back here in the future for sure.

We had a fantastic stay, felt right at home, and would definitely choose to stay here again if we're visiting Ogden - highly recommend Carolyn's place.

This place is a total steal. My fiancee and I were here for about a week skiing in the cottonwood canyons. The place is advertised as a studio, but actually bigger than expected, and more of a one bedroom. The bedroom/living room is a large private space separate from the kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and even let us borrow their snow shovel for a powder day in the mountains. All of the amenities worked great - kitchen, laundry, hot tub and the gas fireplace was very cozy. There is a fantastic view of the mountains from the hot tub! The bed was very comfortable. One thing for people with sensitive ears to be aware of is that there is a family with young kids living upstairs. This didn't bother us at all since we were out skiing most of the time. Overall a fantastic place for a very competitive price, and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Emmett's for 1.5 weeks for a ski trip and really enjoyed our stay. It has plenty of space for 2 adults to unwind after a day of skiing and had plenty of room for ski and boot storage, plus many options to hang up damp/wet clothes. Great location too, close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and breweries.

Enjoyed our stay at Alec’s home. Accessible to everything, classy interior design, comfortable bedding and overall functional space. Thank you Alec for being responsive to any needs we may have had.

Karl was great, super responsive and provided clear instructions (with detailed pics) on how to find and access the property. It's a fun little property with great attention to detail to necessary amenities. I'm happy to recommend and re-book.

Very easy to get to. The basement apartment is roomy. Check in and check out was very easy. The beds were very comfortable. It is very hard to control the temperature. There is an electric fireplace in the kitchen and a portable heater in the main bedroom. We had to leave the fireplace on most of the time just to stay comfortable. Sometimes the heat would kick on from the family renting the upstairs but then it got too warm. There was a fun arcade with multiple games that the kids enjoyed. The small family room was cozy. None of the TVs worked in the bedrooms. We tried changing batteries between controllers but no luck. The appliances are very old and it was difficult to control the heat on the stove. There is only one bathroom and that was difficult with the kids needing the bathroom if someone was showering. The water pressure is low but we seemed to have enough hot water. It just seemed a little run down.

The apartment was exactly as described and was very clean. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The hosts communicated clearly and quickly. Thank you!

As a pro adventurer traveling for years, I can confirm this place is defining the word perfection. Always available driveway parking, private entrance, cute house, safe quiet neighborhood, fully equipped unit(full kitchen washer dryer dish washer), and VERY clean and New! It even smells new. I stayed here for a week while working remotely. I could stay forever if not for my brave heart driving me away from Utah and pushing me to explore other states. If all Airbnb are like this, my life will be much easier. The hosts are welcoming and easy to communicate with. This place is adventurer-certified (by me)—top unit, period.

Beautiful location at the foothill of the mountains and really convenient for skiing. Quiet and great neighborhood. Stacy was a fantastic host; providing lots of great recommendations for food/things to do, very flexible with check- in/out, and great communicator. Amazing little studio attached to her house, loved everything about this place!!!
