Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado perto da praça do fiori, e com uma caminhada curta de trastevere. O checkin foi muito fácil e michele é muito atencioso. O apartamento fica no quarto andar, algumas escadas, o que é bem comum em Roma. Foi tudo ótimo!

Marco's accomodation is perfect ! It is very cosy, clean, nice, with kitchen and bathroom, and has a central location which is a very big advantage. Within 2-3 minutes you can reach the center of Ponza with its restautants and all shopping facilities. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Marco is very kind and helpful. He send the guests a very good description per video, so after arriving in Ponza it is very easy to find the way to the house. I can only recommend Marco's house which made my stay in Ponza unforgottable nice.

Viviana y su madre, Claudia, son dos anfitrionas EXCEPCIONALES. Este alojamiento es maravilloso en lo edilicio, pero lo que mas destaca es la hospitalidad, la amabilidad y la solidaridad de las anfitrionas. Es un lugar perfecto para una maravillosa estadía en Roma. Mi hijo y yo fuimos muy felices allí, "cómo en casa" y ademas nos sentimos muy acompañados por las anfitrionas. Gracias!!! Volveremos a elegir este alojamiento para Roma, sin dudas!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy access on foot and public transport. Some nice pizza places and a gelateria nearby. Apartment was perfect for 4 x couples. Plenty of space and all rooms en suite was perfect. Building has so much character. Would recommend.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Our recent stay at this Rome apartment exceeded all expectations! The space was truly exceptional - not only incredibly spacious but also thoughtfully designed with every amenity we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attentiveness throughout our entire stay made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The apartment's central location made exploring Rome's treasures effortless, while returning each evening felt like coming home rather than to a temporary accommodation. The comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and attention to detail created the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. If you're looking for an authentic Roman experience with the perfect blend of hospitality and independence, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to Rome!

This flat was the perfect place for us to end our European trip! The host was helpful and accommodated our very early morning check in around 2 in the morning. Cozy bed, spotless bathroom, lovely little place. One note: this is a 3 floor walk up a spiral staircase but nothing too unattainable. Lovely space and location! Grazie mille!

We were 2 couples staying here whilst sight seeing in Rome. Francesca was a fabulous host, quick to respond, easy to communicate with, lots of helpful advice and recommendations. Met us at the door of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is a small lift) and was exactly as described and even better than the photos. Spotless clean with crisp white bedding and fluffy towels. Both rooms have ensuites, TVs, hairdryers, storage. The kitchen, dining area had everything you could want or need. There is a super market 3 min walk away. There are card / board games provided. The apartment is situated very close to the Vatican (5 min walk, you can see the dome of St Peters at the end of the street). The Rome San Pietro train station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. Taxi / Ubers price can fluctuate depending on the time of day. We paid between €14 and €25 for the same distance over the weekend (to the Trevi area). Lots of restaurants / bars to choose from.

Posizione strategica per andare a piedi verso il centro di Pescasseroli e anche per uscire in auto verso il lago di Barrea senza dover passare dal centro abitato.

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

L’alloggio é davvero bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ampio, con una terrazza splendida (sfruttabile in qualsiasi stagione). Unico piccolissimo difetto, che poi si trasformerà in un enorme pregio, é la sua posizione… se non si conosce la città di Roma, la prima volta non è semplice da trovare, persino Google Maps aveva difficoltà… ma una volta trovato, sarà nella posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico ! Soprattutto, offrendo una terrazza splendida, é in grado di regalarti relax e benessere dopo una lunga giornata ! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio ! Ideale per qualsiasi tipologia di viaggiatore !

We were very thankful to have found this place. It was a 5 mins walk to Garbatella station, and the host was so sweet to let us check in early. The place was amazing, it was so new, clean and has that perfect bath tub which helped ease our legs from the long walks in the day! Even a washer & dryer machine that came in handy. After touring Italy across few cities, this remains our favorite Airbnb and I would recommend this place to everyone. Will rebook if I’m back in Rome!

Seconda permanenza (a distanza di due anni) in questo alloggio: pulito, ordinato e davvero ben tenuto. Simona e Stefano sono stati estremamente gentili e reattivi nelle risposte nonostante il periodo di festa. Hanno risolto un piccolo inconveniente celermente e assicurandosi di non disturbare il nostro soggiorno. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ci sono posti liberi per le auto nelle strade adiacenti e alcuni mezzi pubblici utili a distanza di pochi passi. Ci sono ristoranti di quartiere raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Consiglio questo appartamento per la struttura (dotata di ogni comfort) ma soprattutto per i due host.

I stayed at Francesca's place with my two teenage sons. We had a fantastic time in Rome. Francesca was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions. She was very accommodating when I asked for early check-in due to our early flight arrival. She met us at the apartment, showed us around, told us about the area and transportation, and let us know about events in the area. The apartment was well stocked with essentials, plus drinks and snacks for us to enjoy. Francesca checked in with me a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. She was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures. We were comfortable. The location is good. It's a 10 min walk to St.Peter's square, and then another 10 minutes to the Ottaviano metro stop, which made it easy to get to the Colosseum. There are nearby buses but we enjoyed walking everyday. It was easy to get to/from the airport by train, but Francesca offered to arrange transport if needed

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

Out of the hectic tourist area’s yet minutes away by taxi. Amazing host, providing great local recommendations and responding quickly to any questions.
