Pobyt u Carlo był naprawdę świetny. Pokój taki jak na zdjęciu, bardzo czysto i ładnie. Carlo jest bardzo miły i pomocny, jak masz jakieś pytania chętnie Ci odpowie. Zero problemów wszystko super. Polecam nocleg i gospodarza ❤️

Es el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado en todo Europa, estar ahí era como un sueño, todo era hermoso y súper cómodo, la habitación el baño, la atención de Andrea en dejarnos desayuno en las mañanas o comida por la tarde y refrescos, me sentía como en casa, es el mejor lugar, definitivo regresaré pero más tiempo, gracias Andrea !!

Era un bell soggiorno a Gaeta senza complicazioni. Attorno al AirBnB ci sono molti ristoranti e bars perfetti per passare una buona serata dopo un giorno al mare.

Perfecta ubicación, a escasos metros para tomar el bus . Lindo lugar , amplio .

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par la mère de Stefania , avant l'heure prévue pour l'entrée ce qui nous a permis de poser nos deux gros sacs à dos. La communication avec Stefania, par la suite, pour des renseignements, à été très sympathique et efficace. Le logement, extrêmement propre est particulièrement bien situé, tout près du centre ancien de la très belle ville de Tarquinia. Les provisions pour le petit déjeuner sont très copieuses et le logement est agréable... En résumé : beaucoup de points positifs !

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Rome dans ce superbe établissement ! Stefano est accueillant, toujours disponible pour n’importe quelles questions ou services ! Le système du petit déjeuné est très chouette ! Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

Bonjours a tous. Un appartement tres propre . vraiment mieux que je ne l 'espérais. Belles places de parking . Un hote a la disposition de ses locataires. Je compte revenir passé un sejour tres prochainement et je saurais par qui passer . Ne changer rien !!! Cdlt Mr Smara daniel

Silvia was a great host, really helpful with directions. Room was great, clean and spacious, coffee and cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, next to the Colosseum and metro but quiet. The main station and all attractions were all walkable. I would stay here again and would recommend

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil, die Matratze war uns zu weich. Herma ist sehr freundlich, hatten ein tolles Gespräch mit ihr. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihr vorbei.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Tive uma excelente estadia neste Airbnb! A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos do Vaticano e ao lado da estação Ottaviano, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos por Roma. O quarto é espaçoso, moderno e muito funcional, proporcionando bastante conforto. O café da manhã foi um ótimo diferencial, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Além disso, a Francesca foi extremamente atenciosa, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias com clareza e garantindo um check-in tranquilo. O acesso ao apartamento foi fácil e bem explicado, o que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo muito este lugar para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma ótima hospitalidade em Roma!

Great location and amenities for the price. Metro is 10 min walk and only 2 stops to the colosseum 4 to the main train station termini. We stayed 2 nights and we were able walk all of Rome in 12 hours. We went to all of the places recommended and we liked most of them. There’s 2 sets of stairs to the room. We were kind of blown away at the cleaning service they do on the day you are there you have to leave the room between 11-3 which why would you stay in ur room when you are in Rome? And when we got back that night everything had been organized and cleaned. Like hotels used to do before Covid. Shower is large compared to others I’ve seen in italy so far and the floor and wall in front of the toilet are warmers which kinda blew my mind too. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple who just want a base to crash at while they are in Rome to explore.

Location incantevole e tranquilla, un vero piccolo angolo di paradiso. Tamara e Albert sono padroni di casa super accoglienti. In loco ci sono diversi animali domestici, tutti molto socievoli. La colazione è semplicemente spaziale: tutti ingredienti freschi (le uova raccolte direttamente dal loro pollaio!). Super consigliato!

Stayed for 6 nights with Diane. We were exploring the area and the Gran Sasso. Excellent location in the old city of Penne with access to all amenities within walking distance. Diane was a very friendly and helpful host. The property has a very private and lovely terrace with a view which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Alloggio moderno, dotato di tutti i confort e corrispondeva alle informazioni indicate. Bagno spazioso e alloggio pulito.. inoltre offre anche il servizio di colazione .

Un soggiorno piacevole con una vista spettacolare. La stanza piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Peccato per la mancanza del wi-fi in quanto per non prendeva bene.

sono stato da Gianluca due giorni per una trasferta di lavoro. Super disponibile e alloggio top! Ambiente pulitissimo, accogliente e moderno! Tornerei anche per un soggiorno a Roma non lavorativo! L'ambiente messo a disposizione vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato, mi sono sentito a casa, a tratti anche meglio :)

Silvia’s and Francesco’s place was wonderful - piece of heaven on top of the hill, quiet area, brilliant garden and magical views. Whole house and our room was very cozy, we felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Style of the room/house/garden is unique. We got many recommendations from Silvia where to go, places to visit, where to eat etc. We had a nice conversation at the breakfast table and also in the garden during the sunset. We booked Silvia’s place for the last 2 days of our Italy trip to explore some places near Rome and we had early flight from Ciampino Airport, and the house is only 30min from that. To be honest we have loved to stay there longer because the place was perfect and Silvia & Francesco was such a nice and warm hosts. We definately suggest that place when you are looking for peaceful and relaxing place to stay near Rome (by the way - the view in the evening from room and balcony to the lights of Rome was just incredible)
