Appartamento proprio come in descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check in facile e flessibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto facile da raggiungere, mille punti in più per la possibilità di poter trovare sempre un parcheggio sotto casa cosa che per una città come Roma è quasi un sogno.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to the metro leading into Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias near by. Out only "remark" is that the kitchen is not fully equipped. There are no knifes, cuttingboards ect. for food preparation.

I absolutely loved my stay at this accommodation! The place was cozy and perfectly clean, and the host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The location is perfect, and the terraces add a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the bohemian decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. Vittorio’s attention was excellent; he was very kind, which made communication much easier. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

I would recommend Orvieto to anyone and this little house was an absolute gem, ideally placed and really ideal for a getaway. We definitely wish we had stayed longer☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Cosy petit appartement très bien aménagé et décoré, très bien situé, sur la ligne du métro et à proximité de commerces etc. Idéal pour dormir au calme tout en étant proche du centre.

Giuseppe is a great host, friendly, helpful, responsive and an excellent communicator. The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). I loved the spacious bright bedrooms, and we slept well in the comfortable, large bed with nice linens and enough pillows. From this location it was very easy to walk or use the busses or the Metro. We appreciated the quiet at night.

Estuvimos 5 días en el apartamento de Davide y fue una experiencia increíble. Está a unos 100 mts de la salida del metro de la línea A de Re di Roma, lo que nos resultó realmente cómodo (la línea A te lleva a los lugares más importantes de Roma). Llegar fue muy sencillo: llegamos al aeropuerto Fiumicino y nos tomamos un tren a Termini. Desde allí, tomamos el metro y llegamos al apartamento. El apartamento es precioso y cómodo. Davide nos dejó algunas bebidas frías y café, lo que agradecimos mucho cuando llegamos tan cansados de tan largo viaje. ¡Muchas gracias, Davide! Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

We had a great stay at Sergio’s apartment. Very clean and nice place. Great location, close to the grocery stores, couple of nice restaurants , just 10 min away from Trastevere train station, close to the bus station, so was easy to get to the centre of Rome or anywhere else. Sergio was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Will recommend this place!

The apartment was just as described. It’s a bit outside of the city center so you will have to take the train about 20 minutes (the train stop is extremely close) or get a taxi. Comfortable two bedroom with a living room and kitchen! We especially enjoyed that it was in a very quiet neighborhood ! Easy to sleep and get away from the busyness of the city center. Host greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly ! Also, just as an fyi you have to go up about 15 steps to get to the apartment

Parfait ! Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement ! Giuseppe a été hyper réactif sur tout, vous donne tous les conseils nécessaires pour votre arrivée, votre séjour et votre départ. Les chambres sont top, l’emplacement idéal à côté d’une station de métro pour atteindre le plein centre très rapidement. Nous reviendrons pour un nouveau séjour à Rome 😊
