Appartamento proprio come in descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check in facile e flessibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto facile da raggiungere, mille punti in più per la possibilità di poter trovare sempre un parcheggio sotto casa cosa che per una città come Roma è quasi un sogno.

Despite the accommodation being close to the station we decided to take up the offer of a taxi service which was ideal as it was our first time in Rome and cheaper than the train for a group of 8. However the location was just around the corner from the train station and a close proximity to a lot of the attractions. The host met us at the accommodation and showed us around. She had already sent us a lot of details recommending places to visit and places to eat which was very helpful. The accommodation was clean, and a great place to stay. The neighbours were lovely too. Thanks a lot for making our first trip to Rome one to remember. 👍🏾

il Sogno si è rivelato un posto confortevole, con molto spazio, accogliente e pulito, ben riscaldato, con una cucina attrezzatissima. la signora Susanna è stata gentilissima con noi e i nostri cani. lo consigliamo vivamente

הדירה של אנה מדהימה! החלטנו להגיע באופן ספונטני ואנה הייתה זמינה לכל השאלות שלנו ונתנה לנו להגיע בשעה מאוחרת של הלילה. על אף הקור והחושך בשעת לילה, היא חיכתה לנו ברחוב הראשי כדי לכוון אותנו לדירה. בנוסף היא ביקשה מחברה שלה לבוא איתה כדי לעזור בתרגום לאנגלית. הדירה נקייה מאוד, המיטות נוחות וישנו ממש טוב בלילה. היינו 4 אנשים ותינוקת והיה המון מקום לכולנו ולחפצים שלנו. יש מטבח מצויד היטב ויכולנו לבשל ולהכין אוכל לכולנו. אנה הכינה לנו עוגה ועוגיות, מיץ וחלב, ומאוד התרגשנו מכך שהכינה לנו דברים למרות ההתראה הקצרה. קיבלנו מאנה המלצות על מקום טיול מאוד מיוחד באזור (bangoregio) ומאוד נהנינו שם. האירוח החם של אנה וההמלצות שלה הפכו את הלילה שישנו אצלה לשיא של הטיול שלנו באיטליה. לצערנו יכולנו להישאר רק לילה אחד אך אנו בטוחים שנחזור לדירה של אנה בעתיד. מומלץ מאוד!

After many Air BnB experiences, we think this might have been the best. Antonella's friendly welcome combined with the superb accomodation made it an experience to remember and we hope, repeat many times.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

This lovely apartment worked well for our two-night stay in Orvieto -- very walkable to the Duomo and other sites. It felt spacious and comfortable for the two of us, and was well-stocked with everything we needed—including kitchen supplies for cooking. The balcony had stunning views of charming streets and the valley beyond. We appreciated the host’s restaurant recommendations and the free parking. Be aware that the parking is a bit of a walk to get to, but we senior citizens were easily able to carry our bags to and from without issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Vom Check in bis Check out war alles super! Super Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Der Balkon hat uns sehr gefallen um den Trubel zu beobachten. Größe der Wohnung toll und auch das Bett und Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem!Kleines Manko ist die nachlackierte Badewanne wo die Farbe sich ablöst. Alles in allem war die Wohnung ein Glücksgriff.. und der Vermieter ist einfach top!!!

The hosts were incredibly instructive and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I had a very late check-in, and they went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that I found the Airbnb without any issues. Their support didn’t stop there—our flight was scheduled for 18h, and they were kind enough to extend our checkout time, allowing us a more convenient and stress-free departure. Their hospitality and flexibility truly made a difference in our experience, and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Giuseppe ist ein fantastischer, sehr hilfreicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation klappt immer schnell und ohne Missverständnisse, die Unterkunft ist absolut herausragend. Super-nett: Zur Kaffeemaschine gab es noch Gratis-Kaffeepulver. DANKE! Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hell und wenn man nicht weiter weiß, kann man ins Gästehandbuch schauen. Dann funktioniert alles. Giuseppe hat uns sehr kurzfristig einen günstigen Flughafentransfer für 7 Personen organisiert. Der Fahrer, Markus, ist vom anderen Stern: Er musste eine Stunde auf uns warten (Flugverspätung), war trotzdem super-freundlich und hat uns auf der Fahrt tolle Tips für Rom gegeben (sein Restaurant-Tip: Pancrazio dal 1922. Leckeres Essen und tolle Atmosphäre dort, wir haben es probiert). Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, auch dank Giuseppe und Markus.

El apartamento en general está muy bien las camas son súper cómodas y todo funcionaba muy bien a excepción del toallero eléctrico del baño (o a lo mejor tampoco sabíamos muy bien cómo se enchufaba tampoco lo preguntamos porque hay secadora) nosotros nos alojamos 3 adultos y 3 niños (2 de ellos bebés de 1 año) y nos fue muy cómodo….. volveríamos sin duda
