Que dire ? À part que tout a été parfait . De l’accueil par les parents ainsi que la suite du séjour . Nous avons de suite était séduit et nous sommes tombés sous le charme ! La vue sur les monts alentours est incroyable , la piscine fort utile et très agréable . Quant aux hôtes , très accueillants et disponible . Merci à vous !! Nous nous avions pu prolonger de quelques jours nous l’aurions fait car nous avons été vraiment triste de partir ( gros coup cœur pour Charly qui nous a pas lâché du début à la fin il va nous manquer ) . Merci merci ! Nous avons hâte de revenir

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

Grazie alla cordialità di Gabriella e suo marito Luca abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza immersi nel verde della Valnerina. Alloggio molto spazioso e confortevole e una piscina e terrazza che ti invitano al totale relax. Comodissima come posizione per raggiungere le località vicine come Terni e le cascate delle Marmore. Assolutamente consigliato l'olio di loro produzione (non abbiamo esitato a riportarci a casa una tanica!).

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo magnifico posto per celebrare Capodanno e siamo felicissimi di aver fatto questa scelta! Il posto è immerso nella natura e offre delle viste spettacolari, dall’alba al tramonto. È ideale per un ritiro a contatto con la natura e sé stessi, ma anche per un soggiorno di gruppo. Pietro è un host estremamente amichevole e che mette il valore dei rapporti umani al primo posto, anche quando si viaggia. Lui e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti locali buonissimi ( e ci ha fatto provare l’ olio dei suoi ulivi pazzesco!!) per conoscerci meglio. Pietro è sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza lenta e non stressante. Alla prossima! (Magari d’estate con la piscina aperta :-) )

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement et ses alentours correspondent tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs et disponibles. la piscine est très grande et offre une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Belle place de parking individuelle. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité dans un endroit rustique mais disposant tout de même d'un confort certain, c'est l'endroit parfait.

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la villa de Virginia et nous avons adoré l’endroit! Un véritable havre de paix, le domaine est magnifique et la piscine superbe. Une vue magnifique et en pleine nature. Des hôtes discrets mais disponibles quand vous en avez besoin, très réactifs. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The house is beautiful and decorated tastefully. The scenery around is lovely. We spend a family vacation together and enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and to sit together by the burning fireplace

A beautiful spot with easy access to Lake Bolsena and Orvieto. Loved the warm welcome and comfortable accommodations. The owners were available to help and made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend.

Siamo stati accolti da Gianluca e Silvia con una gentilezza e una disponibilta straordinaria, ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra invitandoci ad aperitivi e cena insieme come se fossimo amici da una vita . Location veramente ben curata e pulita .La casa ordinata e molto pulita e la sua posizione ti offre diverse scelte da visitare con ristorantini niente male e spiagge sia attrezzate e non se vuoi avere un po' più di privacy e relax . Grazie ancora di tutto ragazzi torneremo a trovarvi molto presto . Assolutamente da provare .

Bellissimo appartamento incastonato in un'area naturale. All'interno uno splendido living room con vetrata affacciata sulla vallata, e stufa a legna per le serate fredde. Camera da letto e cucina funzionali, un letto in aggiunta, bagno ottimo. Un'area esterna verdissima, con grande tavolo e barbecue per pranzi all'aperto. I proprietari sono simpaticissimi e gentili, offrono crostate, biscottini, pane fresco di forno, e consigli estremamente affidabili su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare: in dettaglio, a mezz'ora/ un'ora di auto si trovano splendidi tesori come Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, il Monastero di Subiaco. Quando si è già fatto il pieno di mete classiche, tipo Toscana, Umbria, ecc, questa è davvero una gran bella meta "alternativa". Grazie, gran bella esperienza, da provare!

Prachtig ruim huis. Mooi ingericht. Door verwarming en houtkachel in de winter goed warm. Alleen de keukeninventaris behoeft nog wat aandacht 😉. De omgeving is prachtig en super rustig. Heerlijke terrassen. En veel interessante uitstapjes in de omgeving mogelijk. Super om naar het hoge stadje te lopen (ruim een half uur).

Wonderful place to stay, with amazing views. The place was very clean, with very comfortable beds. Best place I’ve stayed in Italy so far.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Overall, a fantastic stay at Il Mulino — clean and comfortable with friendly, responsive communication! Particularly appreciated having access to a washer and dryer after a week of travel and the owners helping to book a car to the airport on the morning of our departure. Only minor issue was needing to open the windows to cool the apartment or bring in fresh air (was told “no air conditioning” until summer). Normally this would be nice, but on the weekend a nearby club played thumping music until 2am. So, for two nights of our stay, we had to choose between stuffy and quiet or cool and loud…at least until the music ended. That noted, we would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

We felt mesmerized by the beauty of the location. The surroundings were very beautiful and also the inside of the house was so well taken care of. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and clean. Also for kids there was enough to do. Our 10y/o son could enjoy the swimming pool, lay in the hammock and play with the 2 cutest dogs. The host Monika was very friendly. She explained about where to visit, what restaurants were good, etc. She also was helpful in making reservations for us. Pomantello lays quite remote, but we loved it so much. It was definitely a place where we could relax. There was so much to explore in the near surroundings like Orvieto, the Bolsena lake and it's nearby cities and villages. The medieval cities on the tuff mountains are so beautiful and the views are stunning. Also the locals are very friendly and helpful. We definitely like to come back one day!

Our stay here was just incredible. We came looking forward to staying in a castle, but we were unprepared for the level of hosting we received. Ippolita provides amazing recommendations of things to do nearby (there are many restaurants and stores very close by, and also suggestions for the lake and beaches / hot springs to relax in). While we stayed in the tower, we had freedom to explore the amazing historic property which is populated by many very friendly cats, and her dogs. Bonus, we had an excellent time getting to know and feeding the donkeys. I know many have mentioned it, but the breakfast is AMAZING. We received delicious food and coffee from the staff, and their attention to our stay was above and beyond. We even had our laundry washed and folded while we were out enjoying the town. This was a wonderful experience, and we were delighted to have had the privilege to stay here.

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. Souriant et serviable, c’est agréable d’être reçu aussi bien. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps 😉☀️🇮🇹

Bellissima! This spacious Italian villa in the lush Umbrian Hills is part of an olive estate owned by the gracious hosts, Claudia and Alessandro. It has a magnificent view of the countryside and the distant hills, including the charming medieval hilltop town of Todi. The region is lush and green and even in October is perfumed with the scent of wild mint, lavender, rosemary and thyme. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen in a vacation rental (even with a teapot, bless you!) We were lucky to stay there during the olive harvest and were able to buy some delicious olive oil straight off the press. Grazie mille per tutto, Claudia and Alessandro; we will think of Passo della Polomba while we enjoy our olive oil back in Canada! Arrivederci e alla prossima!

Siamo stati ospitati in una casetta singola all'interno di un podere meraviglioso. L'alloggio a noi destinato era estremamente pulito, accessoriato nei minimi dettagli, bagno e cucina presentavano tutti i possibili confort che una famiglia può richiedere, gli spazi sono molto ampi comodi e accoglienti. Gli host si sono dimostrati estremamente amichevoli, ci hanno fornito importanti indicazioni per visitare i dintorni ed erano sempre reperibili per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza o richiesta. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato!
