Nice flat. Well located. Just on the edge of the historic center, it was very quiet but still had quite a lot of interest very close by plus all the amenities of everyday city living. Great value.

Loved Paco's place. Quirky style but also much substance - the best equipped and stocked kitchen, had some excellent meals at home but there are also plenty of eateries nearby. The terrace is such a bonus to come back to after a chaotic day out in Rome. Libia metro about 10 mins walk away makes getting to the sights easy. Got fit climbing the stairs but the lift is a reliable alternative. Paco was very responsive via text. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Paco and Monica!

Our family had a great time staying by Tiziana’s place. She was extremely accommodating and communicated well. Her Taxi service to and from the airport was well worth it and saved time and money. We would definitely recommend.

Maddalena’s apartment was fantastic! It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, homey feel. It came fully equipped with everything you’d need for both a short or extended stay. The location was ideal—just three blocks from the Colosseum and close to bus stops, the metro, supermarkets, and tons of great restaurants. Maddalena was incredibly kind and attentive from the very beginning. Thank you so much!

I had such a wonderful stay at Daria’s apartment in Rome! From the moment I arrived, her uncle Giorgio welcomed me with incredible warmth and kindness – it honestly felt like visiting family. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, spotlessly clean, super cozy, and the terrace is an absolute dream. What really blew me away, though, were the little touches: the fridge was already stocked with cold drinks for basically my whole stay, there were more than enough coffee capsules, and everything was just set up to make you feel completely at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – would absolutely come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment with a great location just beside the Trevi Fountain. Very spacious and airy, particularly for Rome.

A well-located, clean, quiet, and beautiful apartment that was perfect for a two day stay in Rome. And very safe — a carabinieri fleet is located just outside the door! The host Serena was kind and responsive, and the neighborhood guide and bottle of prosecco were very nice touches! You do need a bit of agility to get around the apartment (some stairs down into the living room and up into the bathroom, and a lower ceiling in the kitchen area). I highly recommend!

I would strongly reccomend this apartment. After arriving at the apartment, guests should carefully read all of Alessandro's instructions.

Super cool, eclectic, amazingly peaceful apartment in the heart of Rome by the Piazza Navona. Walking distance from all the main sights and with loads of great restaurants, bars and small supermarket nearby. Something to note is that the bedrooms are up steep steps and as we were travelling with my elderly Mum this could have been a problem but Marco immediately noted this and kindly provided us with more bedding so my Mum could sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. Marco was always quick to respond and really helpful and friendly when we checked in. We loved our stay, thank you Mr Bufalo! 🐃

One of the best stays I've had! The place was amazing- more beautiful than the pictures and very spacious and bright. Location was amazing, walking distance from all the attractions, and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping right downstairs. Erica was the best host- so responsive and helpful with everything! Place was clean, had everything we needed, even laundry detergent and soaps! Every detail was thought of! Look forward to staying again on my next trip!

Great stay at this apartment! Tons to do within walking distance and centrally located so it was easy to access the rest of the city on foot and by bus. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed!

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , casetta accogliente e con tutti i comfort descritti , il signor Gianni e sua moglie persone squisite, gentili e cordiali, ci hanno anche dato consigli sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Il loft gode anche di una bellissima vista panoramica con un piccolo e delizioso porticato da cui poter ammirare il panorama. Loft super consigliato , noi ci torneremo sicuramente !

Valerio e’ stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile nonostante abbia fatto una prenotazione last minute la sera stessa La casa e’ incantevole sembra di essere in una di quei loft che si vedono sulle riviste specializzate. Sicuramente straconsigliata

Ho trascorso qualche giorno splendido nel loft del Sig. Angelo a Carbognano. L'appartamento era accogliente e ben curato nei dettagli, perfetto per godere dell'atmosfera autentica del borgo. La posizione è ottima per esplorare i dintorni e Angelo è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni mia esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante in un contesto unico!
