Just the perfect place. Perfect to visit Orvieto and other beautifull hill towns, to discover lago Bolsena, and to rest by the fantastic pool with a stunning view. The village is so beautiful, welcoming, and the house is just lovely and well equipped. We'll be back without any doubt!

Le logement est agréable, calme, sécurisé. Bien qu'il soit excentré, il est bien desservi, une pente à descendre pour avoir le bus puis le métro très pratiques pour circuler dans Rome. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

We stayed at Rocco's place for the weekend and really enjoyed our time there. Emanuela was super nice and welcoming. The apartment is comfortable, with all the appliances you could wish for, access to a nice garden, and a good kitchen where you can cook your evening meals.

We had a very positive stay at the location. I would fully recommend them as hosts.

El apartamento era lo que buscábamos. Nuevo y con lo indispensable para la estancia. El sitio tranquilo . Las camas cómodas. El baño y cocina perfectos. No te permite ir al centro de Roma a pie pero cerca tienes el metro. Supermercado cerca Para una familia grande como la nuestra perfecto

Such a cute apartment in Orvieto! It wasn't too far from the funiculare so we didn't have to drag our suitcases all over the city to get there, but it's still very walkable to everything else in Orvieto, so the location was perfect. Pasquale was super responsive and flexible, he even let us check in an hour early and do an hour late check out. There are a lot of stairs getting into the apartment and then up to the bedrooms, but it's noted in the description and to be expected in anywhere in these types of apartments. Would definitely book again!

Szeregowiec w spokojnej okolicy na zamkniętym osiedlu. Dedykowane miejsce postojowe dla samochodu. Możliwość skorzystania z wewnętrznego basenu za dodatkową opłatą. Gospodarz Luca służy radą. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania (nawet w późnych godzinach). Duży taras na piętrze. Plaże w zasięgu około 1 kilometra. Dużo marketów i różnego rodzaju knajpek w mieście.

We stayed in the pink apartment space and it was wonderful. One of our days there was very hot but the house was comfortable inside with the windows and a fan for sleeping. The apartment has everything we needed. We walked all of Tuscania, went to the amazing National Museo to see the Etruscan sarcophagi, had drinks at the Cafe Duomo, a lovely dinner at the restaurant 8 e 30, and drove 15 minutes north to Marta to spend a day on Lago Bolsena. We also spent a day about 30 minutes away at the beach at the Tequila Dog Beach and another day in Viterbo. The whole area was amazing and we loved staying in Ann’s perfect apartment. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic accommodation in a historic house which has been renovated and restored very authentically. Really cosy and comfortable. Away from the beaten tourist tracks but connected well into the town for any grocery shopping or the local bars and gelaterias. During our stay there was a summer festival happening so the town was buzzing and very lively.

amazing place, great to come back too at the end of a long hot day exploring Rome. despite being a good bit out of the city, it was easy to navigate public transport to get into Rome.

Carlo couldn't have been more helpful. He met us at the house at a time of our choosing which was really helpful. He also helped us with lifts into town, and recommended a great restaurant. A great guy.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero fantastico. La casa è impeccabile: pulita, ben arredata, dotata di tutti i comfort e con un ampio spazio esterno, ideale anche per la felicità delle mie cagnoline. L'host è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, e il self check-in e check-out sono stati comodi e semplici. Tutto è stato perfetto, grazie mille!

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura in 9 persone tra agosto e settembre e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era provvista di tutto il necessario ed estremamente pulita. Abbiamo trovato le pale da soffitto esterne non funzionati, ma la proprietaria, su nostra segnalazione, ci ha subito provvisto di un ventilatore da terra. Gli unici “difetti” sono state le molte zanzare, sicuramente dovuto al fatto che i giardini delle case circostanti sono annaffiati giornalmente, per cui vorremmo consigliare di installare delle zanzariere per poter tenere le finestre aperte senza essere punti ed infine la distanza dal mare. I 10 minuti sono effettivi, detto ciò il passaggio attraverso il cancello del residence è molto comodo ma ha anche degli orari di apertura e chiusura. Inoltre la spiaggia non è totalmente libera quindi consigliamo di mettere gli ombrelloni dietro quelli del residence. Mentre per sopperire alla distanza dal mare, l’uso delle biciclette. Great location for accessing central Rome, and in the summer, for getting to the Beach Alessandro kindly recommended a visit to the ruins at Ostia Antica which is one stop way from the closest train station (Acilia). This turned out to be one of the high points of our holiday - not crowded, well organised and very informative The two bath situation in the apartment was also very handy for us all getting ready in the mornings Overall, a great apartment and would highly recommend

Il nostro soggiorno presso la casa vacanza di Lucia è stato semplicemente perfetto. L'appartamento, impeccabile nella pulizia e completo di ogni comfort, ci ha accolti in un'atmosfera calda e familiare. Le due camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto alla francese, e i due bagni, offrono privacy e comodità. Il giardino, ampio e curato, è stato il luogo ideale per rilassarci e godere delle serate estive. Lucia, un'host eccezionale, è stata sempre disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La sua gentilezza e la sua ospitalità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!

Casa molto carina e curata, luogo tranquillo.. Stefania molto disponibile, ti fanno sentire di famiglia.. Il luogo necessita di un mezzo per gli spostamenti.. siamo stati in inverno, sicuramente in estate molto meglio..

We had a short stay, but everything was smooth, and the host was helpful and accommodating. Very hospitable, coffee and food was provided, and ordered food for us for dinner. She even called a taxi for us to go to our next destination. It wasn't too far, but we as a group greatly appreciated her and her help. Highly recommend.

L'appartamento di Manuela è davvero splendido e a due passi dal mare! Da poco ristrutturato, enorme, curato in ogni dettaglio, fornito di tutti i confort e gli accessori utili per passare una vacanza, sentendosi come a casa! Manuela è sempre stata gentile e disponibile nelle comunicazioni. Supermercati a due passi, bar e pizzeria a taglio proprio davanti al cancello! Non ci resta che consigliare la sua casa a tutti coloro che cercano un alloggio per scoprire le bellezze della riviera di Ulisse! Grazie Manuela, speriamo di rivederci presto! 😊
