appartamento fantastico, spazi ampi, puliti e luminosi. eravamo in sei persone, tutti molto soddisfatti. letti comodi, fornito di varie cose molto utili. potrei sbagliarmi ma mi è sembrato di non vedere un kit di emergenza che potrebbe essere molto utile.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en grande partie grâce au confort et plaisir de notre hébergement car la météo était capricieuse. La beauté de la régions associée au plaisir de l'hébergement très bien placé, avec des espaces privatifs, ouverts , frais... grâce à la végétation nous donne envie de reprogrammer un séjour prochainement...en espérant pouvoir relouer cette partie de maison généreusement mise à disposition par les hôtes ! Un grand merci !!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

My sister and I stayed in this amazing apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed Viareggio! Elisabetta was so helpful and came to check in with us on a few details we struggled with (the water container in the dryer)!! And Andrea was so helpful to check us in a little early and even carried our bags up to three flights of stairs! Just a few things to be aware of, it is a lot of stairs, (so American third-floor and UK/European second floor), but Worth it because once you are in the apartment, it is very comfortable! The beds are very firm, but we finally got used to them. Overall I would say it’s a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again! The management is wonderful, and very kind, so you can’t go wrong with this place!

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wer sich für den Aufenthalt bei Elena entschieden hat, wird es keineswegs bereuen. Elena ist super zuvorkommend und total sympathisch. Sie kann zudem auch etwas deutsch, was die Kommunikation nochmals vereinfacht hat. Tolle Tipps und die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft. Wer Unterstützung benötigt, bekommt sie umgehend, in welcher Form auch immer, Restaurant, Ausflüge, Strand etc. danke nochmals für die wunderschönen Tage, die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben

Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. A 50 m d'une supérette. A proximité des restaurants, de la plage et de la gare. Le logement est spacieux, confortable. Andréa est toujours de bons conseils, arrangeant et disponible pour toutes informations sur les cinq terres et les bons restaurants, notamment la pizzeria. nous avons mangé les meilleures pizzas de notre vie.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und der Abend im Jacuzzi war traumhaft. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit übersetzer App klappt auch die Kommunikation gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer geräumig. würden wir weiterempfehlen :)

Un soggiorno veramente riposante e confortevole, ma al tempo stesso vicino a Tutti i servizi … Inoltre è di una Bellezza unica, molto curato nei dettagli e nella Pulizia. E’ dotato di ampi spazi sia Interni che esterni con molto verde perfettamente Tenuto e Mantenuto con discrezione… Dotato di Tutto quanto necessario e non … perfettamente pulito ed utilizzabile… che dire… un vero paradiso gestito da Persone Uniche, Bravissime in Tutto e sempre Gentili e Disponibili… Grazie di Cuore

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

We had a wonderful stay at Alba’s home. It was close to everything yet it was on a quiet street away from crowds. Her home is clean and have all the amenities you’ll need. Alba is a great host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig renoviertes Steinhaus mit Garten, Terrassen und wundervollem Meerblick. Dank der Fussbodenheizung auch im Winter sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, auch dank des herzlichen Empfangs von Giada. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns alle direkt sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die kleinen Geschenke fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! :)

We had a lovely stay at Heide’s place. The apartment was exactly as it appeared, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There was so much space both inside and outside on the terrace, and it felt like a very elegant experience. Heide accommodated our requirements when travelling with our baby daughter which helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Pietro’s place was great! He was always super responsive and helpful. Antonella met us in town and helped us know where to park and then took us to the house to get us settled. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Tommaso, Sohn von Deborah, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und ebenso die Wohnung selber. Einzig WLAN und Storen im Schlafzimmer könnte man verbessern. Sonst super, danke.

La casa di Giovanna è grande, piena di luce e accogliente. L’appartamento è davanti alla stazione, comodissima per visitare le Cinque terre e a 5 minuti dal mare. Siamo stati molto bene e consiglio questo posto.

Logement très bien situé dans la ville et pour visiter les cinq terre et Pise également… Appartement très propre et literie de la chambre confortable (canapé du salon ne convient pas pour les adultes et ado car on sent une barre métallique dans le dos) La place de parking est très pratique et est un vrai plus dans cette région…supermarché à côté de l appartement c est top…petit bémol le bruit de rue et de la porte d entrée de l immeuble…Aussi bien pensé à prendre du gel douche, pastille de lave vaisselle et de lave linge car pas disponible dans l appartement…

Andrea’s La Suite di Bonnes was a great place to stay in Pietrasanta with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, I stayed almost a month. It has very easy access to the center of town with many great bars restaurants and shopping. The apartment was warm and cozy, plenty of hot water for the shower and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had in the four months I’ve been traveling. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing that interfered with my stay. Thank you!

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Ottimo soggiorno. L'appartamento è bellissimo dotato di ogni confort, ampio, nuovo, pulito e in ottima posizione. Laura e sua madre sono state sempre gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente!
