Enjoyable stay, close to Saddleback and all that Rangeley has to offer.

It was a perfect home for our family Christmas gathering! Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

Notre séjour était pour faire du Quad entre amis. Avec la trail qui passe en avant de la maison, ça a facilité nos randonnées. Je recommande pour les amateurs de Quad.

The house was comfortable and welcoming, I love old houses so I instantly felt at home. It had everything we needed for a ski trip to Saddleback which is about a 15 minute drive from the house. Lots of sleeping options and comfortable beds too, I will definitely see if this is available next time we come up.

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had. One of the best location for a farmhouse you can ask far. Secluded, beautiful environment with abundant wildlife and great views.

We loved the easy access to snowmobiling trails! Home was well stocked and had lots of fun things to do! Space was even bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Lindsay was very helpful and responsive and made sure the house was plenty warm for our single digit temperatures.

Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

Belle maison ancestrale très agréable pour 4 couples. Grande cuisine assez bien équipée. Pièces lumineuses. Système de son/table tournante avec belle collection de 33 tours. Trois belles chambres avec lits confortables. Plus petite chambre avec bunk beds moins confortables. Grande salle de bain et petit powder room au rez de chaussée. Foyer à combustion lente très apprécié. À 10 minutes entrée nord parc Mont Mégantic. Village tranquille.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez Elaine. Le logement était très tranquille et l'accé au SPA parfait. Il y a beaucoup de chose à faire à Magog et les environs. C'est une ville très active et les restaurants sont très bien.

Chalet parfait pour une famille, très bien situé et confortable. La communication était rapide et efficace ! Au plaisir de revenir dans le futur !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au chalet l’étoile brillante ! Le chalet était impeccable, ayant l’habitude des bnb depuis plusieurs années, ce chalet est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons eu ! La cuisine est full équipé (airfrayer, fondu, raclette, extracteur de jus, gaufrier, machine à café perco, pousseur à lait, ect) et surtout nous ne nous sommes jamais ennuyé. L’hôte était réactif aux messages, les instructions pour le logement était parfait. Nous avons même fait un barbecue dans la neige et grillé des marshmallows dans le foyer extérieur. Vraiment rien à redire sur ce chalet, mis à pars.. allez y ! Hâte que l’été sois là afin d’y retourner et de profiter de la piscine et du volley ball !

Gilbert’s place was a wonderful fit for our family of 5. We skied at Mont Adstock (only 35 minutes away), and chose this location because of the space and amenities, which were all as described. Gilbert was very responsive as a host. Would highly recommend this home!

If it was for sale, we would ask to buy it, but it wouldn’t come with our wonderful hosts so we’ll continue to rent it! What a wonderful experience we had enjoying ourselves and beautiful Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec. We visit Quebec quite often from the states where we live and we have stayed in several places over many years and this is one of our favorites. very nice experience at the cottage - kids liked it and we had lots of games and puzzles to do on a rainy day. interior stair will be remebered :) saw lots of deer and two wild turkeys every day on the gravel road to keep in mind when driving. ski is few minutes alway with a car. most of the close by restaurants (30min away) open after thursdays, so we were goint at the owls head hotel restaurant- not bad but need reservation on a busy days. overall excelent 5 day ski vacation. kuddos to the owner.

J’ai lu tout les commentaires précédents car je voulais que le miens soit encore plus spécial. Je n’ai pas la plume aussi belle que la plupart de ceux-ci. Mais tout ce que je peux vous dire c’est que c’était…….PARFAIT!!! Les hôtes étaient parfait , le refuge était parfait, l’endroit était parfait, les sentiers étaient parfait, les chevreuils étaient parfait….. Merci Denis et Diane, et à l’an prochain c’est certain.

If your looking for that log cabin in the north this is it. Very beautiful outside and peaceful atmosphere cabin had great interior aspects post and beams vaulted ceiling and an awesome fire place. Close enough to all Pittsburgh has to offer. Very stay and play.

We had a great stay at the Cabin. It was easy to find and the location in general was great. It had everything we needed including laundry detergent and cooking supplies, the cabin is welll equipped for a great stay. There was enough room for me, my husband and medium sized dog but I think it may be a bit tight for 4 adults with bulky ski gear. Overall, I would recommend staying at the Cabin and would come back again.

Great place to stay if you’re skiing at Jay Peak. Very clean place. Internet and TV worked great. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Lots of space. Nice host. Would stay again.

absolutely awesome, maybe a storage of firewood would be the only possible thing to complete the stay, but not necessary as the furnace works perfectly

Just as nice, if not nicer than the photos. Thoughtfully designed, decorated and furnished. A great balance of an updated modern home and a classic Maine camp. Despite the negative wind chill temps we stayed plenty warm inside. Really enjoyed the frozen lake view and the proximity to Saddleback/downtown.
