Great location for a family coming to ski at the nearby mountains Whiteface. The beds are very comfortable and the place has everything you need. We love the both porch when the sun was out. I am sure when it's spring and summer time, it will even be better. Plenty of living space for everyone.

What an awesome place! Took my dogs up to see my daughter & havent stayed at a nicer, more pet friendly home yet. Well worth it & I hope to book it again

Great home to accommodate a large group of friends! We had everything to enjoy ourselves within the home and the area surrounding it.

Great house and location was easy to get to, close to airport, and events.

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Rebecca’s air bnb is awesome in a great location and she truly goes the extra mile for her visitors.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s loft! The place was very clean, cozy, and chic; the decor was stylish and comfortable; and it had everything we needed. The underground parking was a bonus, too. Sarah was such an amazing host, very friendly, checked in to see if we needed anything, and shared local recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Her instructions were super clear and helpful. The location was great too, with walkable access to restaurants and shops, and it was easy to explore Montreal on foot. All in all, great location, great vibe, great host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Spacious and great amenities. The host was wonderful. Stayed during a snow storm and we were promptly snow plowed. Comfortable and very great to respond. This is my first time leaving a 5 star rating. Booked two more times this year!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Tyler’s. He was very responsive. Helped us with the wood stove. It was nice to find out that there is a TV now. Our kids loved this. Had some great meals in the wonderfully supplied kitchen. Local produce, meats and eggs were all delicious.

Gordon and Louis were wonderful hosts! We could not have asked for a better home base on the West Island. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, and the shower was so refreshing after a long day. We also were grateful for the well-stocked kitchen. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Christopher's. The place was cozy, warm, clean, with all features needed. The surroundings were spectacular, calm, and secluded. Would love to come back.

So overall, I was very happy with the place. It’s extremely beautiful inside. I love the wide kitchen and it felt very spacious despite the fact it is kind of small. I really appreciate them being able to accommodate my friend at the last minute and being able to let them park in the driveway which was really kind of them. Just a couple minor things I didn’t love, I know they can’t do anything about the driveway, but it’s really narrow getting in and out, and it made me feel kind of nervous getting in and out. The shower felt very tiny, but I’m also a bigger guy so you may just need to be aware of that. When I went in the place the first time it was raining and snowing and there’s no awning above the front door so I was getting poured on every time you try to enter. It made entering the code a little bit harder to do because I was trying to avoid getting poured on. Overall, a really great place to stay and I would consider it again in the future.

This is the fourth year we have booked Dogatraz island and look forward to it every time. Nick, the property manager is responsive, on time and super helpful. We love the private island and being able to let our dogs run free, especially our deaf dog. She always has to be on a leash where we live and being able to watch her run is priceless. Both pups love the kayak and the water (but neither will swim-LOL). I love the idea of no Wifi and forcing us to detach from our otherwise busy lives. Looking forward to next year!!

Great spot. Lots of walking trails close by and an easy drive to all amenities in Burlington. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Also dog friendly was a huge plus!

My wife and I had a great time at Jeanne's place. It was very secluded and peaceful. She left tons of information, not only regarding the property but also the local area. The cabin was rustic but with many modern features. Really the best of both worlds. The kitchen was stocked with food supplies, coffee, etc., as well as any pots, pans, dishes and utensils one would need. It was cold outside but the heaters kept the cabin comfortable. An all-wheel drive vehicle or at least one that isn't low to the ground is probably preferred for the road the property was on. It was maybe a half hour to Lake Placid and there were some restaurants within about a 10 minute drive. Great trip and highly recommended!

This is probably my 5th+ review lol. Always a favorite and go-to spot. Danielle’s place is cozy, has all the essentials, and is centrally located. My dogs always love the fenced in yard and go bananas when it snows.

The cabin is a really nice get away - very peaceful and private. The hot tub and sauna were amazing for a winter stay. Our dogs loved the open space to run around too.
