Sami been very helpful for all times during my stay(even after). Also offered best price from Enfidha (Hammamet airport) when I asked and back really best ever offer (*****) to door step!!! So all he offered me has been Top relaxing time ever I could imagined! Sami been so helpful also during all stay, had fantastic free meal 2nd night for all quests, reall teasty and properTunisian food.. Brick? o Wooow! All together loved his place, so close to beach, very private location, nice and clean, stayed for a week and I'll come back again! Absolutely fantastic place for all who loves beach ascape near Tunis, just away of hotels, nice and private..

I really enjoyed my stay at Bel's place. The location and view is absolutely perfect. The house is clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and safe. Bel was a terrific host and made sure that I was content with my visit. La Marsa Cube is a great neighborhood in a calm part of town, yet only a few minutes from everything you want to buy, see, and do. I would give 10 stars to this location if I could, and highly recommend it to other travelers. I can't wait to come back!

Yasmine was an awesome host and this is a great Airbnb in a beautiful location. I really appreciated the teas and espresso capsules, and it's so nice to have the private garden with rosemary, oranges, lemons etc. (The oranges are bitter but I found the juice makes a great detox shot.) It's walking distance to many great things: 3 minutes to hiking trails through trees with beautiful ocean views, 5 minutes to a great little organic shop called Mon Coin Nature, 10 minutes to Marsa Corniche & lots of shops & restaurants, 20/25 minutes to Sidi Bou Said.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashref's place. He was nice, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic—right in La Marsa but also close to Carthage and Sidi Bou Saïd. There are two beautiful parks just a few minutes' walk away, which was perfect for spending time with the kids. The house has a lovely terrace where we could relax as a family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a calm and comfortable stay. We highly recommend staying here!

Magnifique logement dans un environnement idéal. Nous avons apprécié le cartier calme, paisible et sécurisé tout en ayant un accès facile à la ville. Meher a été très réactif et attentionné. Je recommande fortement! On reviendra avec plaisir.

Effet Wooow garantie. La vue sur la piscine puis…sur la mer, c’est époustouflant. Sinon, endroit aussi paisible qu’agréable. Slim et Safa étaient parfait comme hôte!:) je recommande à qui veut profiter de Tunis et de son chez soi!:)

This place makes you feel comfortable, especially in the morning. The view of the garden from the window is amazing. Everything was special. My husband and I spent beautiful days without any anxiety or stress. A clean city. Honestly, I recommend everyone who lives in it. I will return soon. Thank you.

Sihem war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir bei der Reservierung kein Babybett angefragt hatten, stand für uns ein neues Babybett bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll dekoriert und bietet eine typisch tunesische Atmosphäre. Beim Betreten duftete es angenehm nach Jasmin. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Gegend ist gut angebunden und alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe zu finden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Les Berges du Lac 2. The place was exactly as shown in the photos , clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The living space was bright and cozy, and the location was perfect for both relaxing and getting around the city. the neighborhood — it’s surrounded by malls, cafes, and great restaurants. The area felt very safe and lively. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly.

I felt like home, I have booked Kamal & The Land Lord properties and offers several times in different occasions and they always impressed me how clean the places are! Thank you very much for hosting us, and will definitely come back again.

Iyadh et Malek ont été adorables tout au long de mon séjour. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillis avec un accompagnement complet pour la découverte du logement. Le logement est très propre et parfaitement situé au sein de Tunis. Il se situe dans un endroit calme mais permet d'aller où on veut dans Tunis très rapidement. La bienveillance et la disponibilité dont ils ont fait preuve rend le séjour très agréable à vivre. Les conseils qu'ils peuvent prodiguer permet d'organiser au mieux la découverte de la ville Je ne peux que conseiller le logement.

Logement identique à la description, spacieux, propre, quartier calme. L’hôte a été très compréhensive pour l’heure de check-in et très réactive. J’y retournerai sans hésitation.

Hichem byl velmi ochotný a příjemný hostitel, komunikace perfektní, při příjezdu nás došel uvítat a ukázat ubytování, opravdu velmi oceňuji ochotu vyjít vstříc s časem příjezdu a odjezdu na ubytování a přizpůsobit ji naší potřebě. Ubytování bylo čisté, příjemně vonělo. WiFi fungovala bez problému a super byla také možnost připojit se na Netflix. Lokalita trochu dál od obchodu, ale večer velmi klidné. Jako jediné minus bylo, že na terase byl rozbitý slunečník, což bylo při slunečných dnech škoda, také bych do kuchyně vybavila více věci (nože, prkýnko, větší mísa, vařečka a mycí prostředky) při delším pobytu a potřebě vařit to maličko chybělo. Doplnila bych do koupelny předložku a fén. Ale jinak hodnotím ubytování opravdu kladně a kdybych se měla na toto místo znovu vrátit, klidně zase k Hichemovi.

Sonia and her husband were amazing hosts. They were so kind, friendly, helpful and understanding. They answered all my questions, the check in process was a breeze, and it was very easy to comunicate with them. Sonia' s apartment is cosy, new, bright,spacious and modern, very clean, super furnished and has everything you need. It is located in a safe area of Tunis. Shopping, restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Thank you so much Sonia for your hospitality.

Super séjour, Dalila est très professionnel et prend le temps de répondre aux attentes . L'appartement est spacieux et correspond totalement . Seul petit Hic mais sans précédent la clim qui fait beaucoup de bruit parfois ainsi que le pommeau de douche qui est à changer.
