fantastic peaceful place to stay. Jean was lively and gave me plenty of information before I arrived and popped into see me to make sure all was ok, which I thought was a very nice touch. the chalet was spotless and had everything I needed for the weekend. Will defo stay again.

This is a gorgeous place. The cabin and area is very clean and peaceful. The pizza shed and bar on site is welcoming and delicious. The agility field for dogs on site is very convenient and means we didn’t have to leave the site and we could just relax the whole time. We got a late checkout at 1230 for an extra £20 which was good value and allowed us to enjoy our last morning with no rushing. The owners were seen a few times during our stay and were lovely and checked we were having a good stay. Couldn’t have felt more welcome and relaxed if we tried. The hot tub area is nice and private yet still able to look out onto the lake without feeling crammed in. Would definitely recommend and return again.

I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Was a beautiful stay, lots of space and decorated so tastefully, host was amazing response time was so quick and clear instructions, so peaceful and relaxing would definitely recommend and stay again!

Just returned from a long weekend at Selina's caravan. Situated in a nice quiet area of the park. Excellent communication, really quick to respond to any queries. Very good instructions regarding the park, finding the caravan and access, also gave recommendations for the park and surrounding area. We were able to check in early, and the caravan was ready, all three bedrooms made up. Really clean caravan. Exceptional welcome pack - thank you Selina. We didn't use the park facilities, so cannot comment on those. Skegness 40 minutes away and a few lovely little villages nearby. Would recommend.

What a lovely romantic little spot! Hosts were so helpful! Hot tub under the stars was a dream! Lots to do near by and plenty of places to eat!

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

We had a fab girly/baby shower weekend. Lucie's home is beautiful and has so much character. It was lovely to have the ponies at the bottom of the garden in the paddock. The weather was amazing so didn't get to use the log fires but I'm sure they are a great feature in winter. There was plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub, another plus! Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, serving platters, etc and with an air fryer too! The pool table was enjoyed very much by some of us. All electrical goods worked well and internet was great! I'm sure we will be back in the future and maybe for longer than a weekend Thank you Lucie. You are an excellent host!
