this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our first business offsite meeting at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and the house itself was amazing—perfect for our needs. Our host went above and beyond with clear, detailed directions and descriptions, and his super friendly approach made everything even better. I would 100% choose to stay here again!

Tami responded quickly and gave clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The apartment was cute and clean and had lots of refrigerator room with complimentary water.

We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

Jennifer was quick and clear with her responses. The room is exactly as pictured and described. You don't hear noises from the other floors as the house is very quiet; I only heard the dog twice in 2 weeks. The trains do go by, down across the street, but are easy to ignore after the first few. There was snow and -9 F weather and Jennifer had the outside stairs clear and salted and I was toasty warm in my room. I would stay here again.

Great house with tons of room. Well stocked and unmatched property/yard. We had a fantastic visit and would love to come again!

Tyler’s house is awesome. It’s very updated and modern. We had one small issue and he handled it immediately. We will definitely try and stay here again as it’s just minutes from aunt and uncles house.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! It is absolutely beautiful and very clean. My kids all said they wished that was our house! 😊 They have everything there that you could ever need and more! We felt very comfortable and felt spoiled with the coffee bar and snacks! Thank you for the amazing stay! We will definitely be staying there again if we need to come that way!

Sage’s place was perfect for us. We were visiting our son at school, which was an easy 10 mins walk. The place is walking distance to the Nelson Adkins and kemper museum. The condo is gorgeous with lots of natural light, it’s super clean, and the shower is sooooooo good! Sage was super responsive, all in all it was a great stay, and we were really happy there.

The space was perfect for a family stay. We had privacy and everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful and we weren’t lacking anything to cook meals. Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. Shing-Haw was great with communication as well!

In town to visit our Jayhawks. We had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and walkable to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

A great condo in a great location! We loved how everything in downtown Lawrence is walkable from this location. The condo was exactly as listed and included all of the small things that make for a great stay like delicious Nepresso coffee. The balcony was a great place to relax and take in the view of downtown and campus. All in all a great stay!
