We had a great time and a very peaceful weekend! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone trying to get away and relax for a couple of days!

I fell in love with this place when my daughter stayed here for her wedding & decided to book it for a girls getaway with my best friend of 27 years. It is truly so peaceful & quiet yet so many things close by to do! The property itself is so quaint & charming the pictured don't do it justice! Audrey was able & quickly responded to any questions I had during our stay. I can't wait to come back in the future!

Very remote place we seen a lot of wildlife from the house and when we walked the trails..Dave and Barb were very helpful with everything thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us we hope to come back soon..

Mike’s place was wonderful for our family. Very clean and spacious with two full bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in the home. Hot tub was an added bonus. There is no TV and that was just fine - we did not miss it. Beautiful view from the living room of the creek. Great location. Mike is a great host with quick communication. A solid 5 star stay! We would love to return.

Stayed here with some friends due to juxtaposition of its proximity to Lancaster and serene location. Checking in was easy, the binder was full of helpful information, and Kevin was responsive to our sole inquiry. The back yard, available grill, and hot tub made it tempting to abandon our plans to explore Lancaster and simply relax in this welcoming space, and I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a serene retreat, a place to spend a quiet evening, or simply somewhere to stay that is close to the bustling Lancaster area. We will absolutely be back.

Josh & Nicole’s home was absolutely stunning and perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with a group! The house has beautiful views of the water and the home itself is spacious, yet cozy and super clean. It snowed during our stay and Josh was kind enough to stop by and shovel the driveway without us even asking. Such an amazing host who’s super welcoming and responsive! Will definitely be staying here again.

John’s house was in such a peaceful location in Lancaster county! Everything was squeaky clean and had just what we needed. A huge plus was the hot tub which the kids loved. Washer and dryer in unit was also nice because we didn’t need to take wet clothes home after the hot tub!

A cozy in-law apartment in a detached former garage. In the country, but only 10 minutes or so from downtown Harrisburg, and easy access to the interstate. Hosts were very friendly and responsible, helping me right awaywhen I accidentally locked myself out. Very pet-friendly. A great stay.

This beautiful, quaint cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway. There are neighbors, but you are not right on top of eachother and the setting felt very remote and private. Excellent proximity to Lancaster. Sitting on the porch in the morning seeing and listening to all the different kinds of birds was a dream!

Leslie's cottage was peaceful, clean, and certainly charming. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, it was wonderful stay for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The "third bedroom" is in fact just a single bed in the living room but we didn't mind. We stayed during the off season so we didn't have access to the pool but the backyard was beautiful and spacious, perfect for our dog to enjoy. The neighbors nearby had many dogs that would often bark throughout the day and sometimes night. We didn't mind since we're used to it but for others might be an annoyance for if you're expecting true silence. The wifi also was unreliable and often did not work if at all. Luckily we were able to make due with what signal we had in the countryside. Leslie was very polite, responsive and informative. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you Leslie!

Don't hesitate to book this place! It was so clean and so cozy. Rodney was excellent and always communicated quickly. The place had everything we needed and more. Our pups had lots of room to play in the beautiful back yard. The heating in the home was excellent and Rodney plowed the snow for us. Lastly, the bed and furniture were very comfy.

Amazing stay, we had a great time. Brought our hypoallergenic dog. I always get a little worried about staying at places that allow animals because I am allergic to dogs/cats, however this place was so clean I had no issues. waking up in the morning and seeing the chickens, cows, donkeys and emus was so fun. The outdoor space was dreamy. We brought a projector and watched football on Sunday. We also went to the rennissance faire one day and had so much fun. Fresh flowers and homemade scones for check in was such a nice touch. There is a reason this place is rated so highly.

The River House is an amazing and peaceful place to just regroup and enjoy the river. Seth and his wife did a great job of making the place feel cozy, with great amenities and everything was spotless clean. I hope to come back soon! Thank you for a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and charming. Walkable to the Hideaway, a great restaurant/bar. The area is a throw back to summer retreats by the lake. We plan to return.

Ann is a great host, very responsive and the property was great and everything as advertised. It was clean and a great place to stay especially if you have young children. Lots of toys and games available (also the Disney+ on the tv was very helpful too!) Very close to Hershey and will be my go to place to stay anytime my family goes to Hershey.

This place is perfect for couples, young and old, to get away from the everyday things in life. The house was remodeled in such a way that it focuses on being peaceful, and not distracting. You can read books for hours in the living room, watch some TV in the bedroom, or go enjoy yourself in the hot tub. The backyard patio area is so perfect, that I plan on doing a similar design at my own house. Don't hesitate with Sarah's place. It is perfect!

Beautiful clean house, quick walk for breakfast, the house had every amenity you could ask for. I would definitely stay at this house again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Love the quaint cottage setting. Second time staying. Gail is very responsive and proactive with the booking. Getting in is easy and it feels like you’re in a magical place. Stocked with coffee and often forgotten bathroom items, books to read and even weights and mat for a workout. We’ve stayed during spring and miss the restaurants and activities in the area. The lighting isn’t very good for tasks or reading but you can rearrange lights to make it better. It’s a great place to get away and relax. Would recommend for your next stay.

We had a great time and will be back. There are great hiking and biking trails. We walked to breakfast each day and dinner at night. The neighborhood is very friendly. The house was very cozy. We slept great very comfortable beds.

The campmeeting was a great escape, quiet and walkable. Yet close to Hershey and Harrisburg. The cottage was immaculate with plenty of room for four adults
