Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

Our stay here was great from 1st day. Ron was so helpful. He gave us the use of another pool while pump was being fixed in our pool. He showed us around his other properties as we will be regularly to Australia as our daughter lives there, we will be wanting accommodation yearly. Top property and top host. Thanks Ron 😊

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing time at Laura’s beautiful homestead! The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. Laura was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Each bedroom was immaculately presented and the master was delightfully spacious and luxurious with its open plan bathroom and 75” UHD TV viewable from both the bath tub and the bed. Up stairs in the evening we really enjoyed having a beverage and enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Downstairs the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spacious grass areas to play on. They also have a dart board and various board games which provided many hysterics thanks to cards against humanity family edition! The kitchen and BBQ areas allowed for easy meals at the most amazing single piece natural edge wood dining table. Plenty of fridge space with the bonus ice maker in the freezer Once the kids were off to bed we would retire to the home theatre room to enjoy the massive screen with access to Netflix. This place had one of the best internet connections I’ve had anywhere, which was greatly appreciated as phone reception can be sparse.

Thanks Joyce for hosting us in what turned out to be a very hot week in January (44C - yikes). Even with those extreme temperatures we were comfortable with the ducted aircon during the day. Given its location the evenings were pleasant and cooled by the seabreeze. The house is very spacious and comfortable for the 6 adults our party had. The beds are comfortable and the living and entertainment areas were popular. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of everything we needed. We also hosted a dinner for 17 a couple of evenings without any hassles at all. The house is very well located with walkable nearby grocery stores at Alkimos and a short drive to plenty more just South in Butler. Thanks again for a wonderful residence to stay at and the great communication and welcome on arrival.

Love this place, the views off the balconies are to die for, it’s an unpretentious place in an unpretentious town with just enough of everything.

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

Really good! Great location easy to get to beach etc. Wi-fi was a small issue to start with but sorted itself out! Would definitely recommend and will be booking again. Thank you Vince we had a lovely family break!

This house is a classic solid Aussie old build that has beautiful touches for a holiday stay that elevate it to a really super holiday home. It's decorated simply but really nicely. I took some family visiting from overseas and they absolutely loved the location and the house was perfect for our needs. We cooked in and bbq'd for our 3 night stay and found the kitchen to be so well equiped. Pool table in the garage was a fun touch and board games for some evening entertainment. Don't miss the sunsets on the front verandah..those views and the tranquility are what shit breaks are made for. Can't wait for our next trip.

Great house and location to the beach, caravan park and river estuary. Scott the host provided very clear instructions and was responsive to any queries.

This house was perfect for our family holiday. The house was modern, clean and crisp. It is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linen. The amenities like washer/ dryer were essential for a holiday with kids. The house was in a good location for easy access (3min drive) to a Shorehaven beach, playground and Oceans 27 restaurant. Shops were 10mins away in either Alkimos Trinity or Yanchep. The main turnpike and railway south to Perth are also close by. We would definitely stay here again and recommended it to our friends.

Wir fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Wir hatten ein coole Zeit. Das Haus war sehr gut und es hat reichlich Platz. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist das Wifi, man konnte kaum Fotos senden. Aber das ist auf hohen Nivea gejammert. Es war herrlich. Gruss

Beyond 5 stars hospitality. Elizabeth tried to assist in anyway she could to cater our needs. Beautiful older style house, very comfortable beds, lots of sunlight and breeze coming through, truly feel the beach vibes. Just like in pictures. She arranged for portacot for our little human (even though we didn't get to use it) and delivered high chair too! big backyard out the back for our little human to run around, walkable distance to the lagoon.Elizabeth recommended local cafe and restaurants nearby. Only missing the internet where it was still on the check in details where in fact missing,but not a big deal for us. The amenities listed were spot on and MORE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend her place to others.
