Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was equipped with everything we needed- even coffee! The yard was very nice, we got to enjoy the hot tub and all the fun things to do in the surrounding area. Thank you Andrew for a great stay!

This house was fantastic! We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner here! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to paper products. The layout of the house was great. Jane was very accommodating and made things easy for us! The house was immaculate and met all of our needs. I hope it’s available next Thanksgiving! Perfect location! Close to town, yet quiet and private! It was my granddaughter’s first Thanksgiving and I’m so glad we had this house to celebrate in!

Very quiet neighborhood. It's super close to the casino...took us only 10 minutes..and 20 minutes to Mystic. Great place for a girls weekend away. We loved the hot tub, fireplace, and outdoor tv setup!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

Carlos and Sara are wonderful hosts and communicators. Their family friendly home was perfect for our needs. The beds are super comfy and linens and quilts extra clean. We didn’t cook in but if we did the kitchen was well stocked. The waiting basket of treats was a big hit with the kiddos. Thank you Carlos and Sara!

Perfect location for Westerly beaches, the beach pass was very useful, quick drive to the waves. Pool was great, and the house is very well equipped with outdoor/indoor games and beach items. Wonderful spot for family in the summer, outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying the summer weather.

Loved staying at George’s studio! Lots of beautiful sculptures, paintings and books, along with gorgeous windows overlooking the grounds. George left clear instructions and helpful notes with recommendations around the apartment. The binoculars were a lovely touch as well— I really enjoyed looking at the birds and llamas in the field across the grounds. It was super peaceful and I’m looking forward to staying again!

Westbrook is a beautiful area. Bill’s seafood was amazing and it was minutes from the house. We went in early March, and still the local beach was a joy. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us.

Hosts were very nice, responsive and accommodated our needs for early check in and flexibility with the dates we were looking for. The house is lovely, charming, clean, had distant water views and very peaceful. Just some general things to be aware of which are common for block island rentals were no AC and no bed linens. I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

Sue’s home was the perfect location for a family stay in Rhode Island near the beach. She was very responsive and made our stay as seamless as possible.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Chet’s home in Greenport. Perfect location, close enough to walk into town but also removed enough for privacy. Highly recommended!

The location of the home is beautiful. The views from the patio and rooftop patio are stunning. The area is so calm and peaceful. The home is unique and beautiful. My wife thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already planning a return trip!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Kim was super responsive and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our home away from home for a long weekend. The rooms were perfect and everyone was comfortable and cozy. The surrounding area was gorgeous and peaceful to wake up to. Kim also made sure the driveway and baths were cleared off as we had a snow storm during our stay. I can’t wait to come back again!

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Travis' place with my husband and two young daughters. The house is beautifully appointed and so cozy. We played games by the fire, watched a movie in the cozy tv room, and made and enjoyed lovely meals in the kitchen. The house is even more magical than it looks in the photos, and we certainly hope to be back.

We loved this home! It’s a private location, but within a few minutes drive of restaurants, shops, etc. It was great to gather around the large kitchen island for family meals. Adam was a great and responsive communicator.

Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.

I had a amazing weekend at the house. So many space, confortable, clean and beautiful house. The showers were hot and good. Everything in the house working perfectly. And he would respond the answers very quickly. I would go back to stay again ❤️
