Valerie & Blair were fantastic hosts! They were super responsive and accommodating. Their place is beautiful, all recently remodeled, new & clean. We traveled with kids so the most important things to us were 1)being able to walk across the street to the beach 2) coming back and jumping into the pool 3) being able to grill and chill at home. The were several restaurants & shops nearby so easy access to anything. We went 1 direction to Ft Myers and the opposite direction to Bonita Springs! They had all the amenities you'd need and even provided beach supplies (cart & chairs & umbrella). We had such a great stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

This lovely home was perfect for my visit! Andrew was very helpful x understanding in a non ideal situation x even brought me a bike to use so I wasn’t walking 40minutes to the beach. The home was very clean x had everything basic that I could possibly need. He was also very quick to respond when I messaged. Very nice man! The area is quiet x peaceful x was absolutely perfect. 10000% recommend.

I've stayed at other units in this property before and have always been extremely pleased, and will undoubtedly stay again!

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

Craig and Emmy were super hosts. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Both were there at check in and available daily. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and was more than expected. Special requests were met with a smile and our hosts did everything to help us out. The space was super clean and updated. The outside areas, shrubs, flowers, patio and driveway areas were very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

It was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We wanted our own pool, privacy, and quiet. It was all of that. Plus super clean and very nicely remodeled - felt new, but comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit under the tiki hut during a few cooler nights. I would highly recommend. Jake was very responsive and helpful. The recommended restaurants were all spectacular!

Brads place was great! Two separate "Units" that had 2 King beds each. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook. Overall very satisfied with the home and pool. Very close to the beach and a short walk up to the resort portion of FMB.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Absolutely beautiful!! With a family of 7 the kids had a blast, there was so much to do between the game room, pool, beach and board games the kids were never bored. The location was perfect and just a few steps from the beach! We will be coming back next year! Johnathan was very responsive and welcoming which made the experience great.

Andrews’s home was beautiful and very well thought out! The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed! The pool and pool area were picture perfect! So many hours spent in the pool and hot tub! Andrew always answered any questions in 10 minutes or less. I would highly recommend Andrew’s home! You won’t regret checking it out! We will be back!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Thank you again ! Overall a wonderful , relaxing , positive and slow paced week . Just as I hoped for and more . Still a lot of rebuilding after the 2022 severe hurricane that hit the area . This particular property had nice viewing of mangroves , iguanas , beautiful birds off the back screened sitting balcony. The condo was beautiful, clean and enough space for my husband and 2 of our 3 young adult girls that joined us . We enjoyed walking to the local farmers market , CVS, ice cream shop and boutique shops near by . We utilized Uber service to eat at restaurants further north of FMB and the trolley service { runs north / south } is a nice option as well . The early morning sunrise walks and gorgeous sunsets were the perfect anecdote for calm and relaxation . A nice break from the dreary winter weather we have up north during early spring . Beautiful condo, everything is new! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quick walk to the beach across the street and a couple of awesome restaurants. We loved Maria's place!

Our family of five had the most amazing time together at the condo. It was peaceful and relaxing with the most beautiful views! The condo was next level with beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture, cozy beds, and a perfect kitchen with washer/dryer. It was in a convenient place to drive to the Estero outlet mall, Ft. Myers beach, and the State park for hiking. Visited the bakery and dining options at the Marriott. Met all of our needs this holiday. So grateful for our time here!

This is the third time we e rented this condo. It never disappoints! Exactly as pictured and described. Klaudia is a super helpful and responsive host. She allowed us to check in early when our flight landed early and provides clear and useful instructions for everything. Condo itself is well-stocked with kitchen equipment and linens and everything you'll need. We will definitely return!
