This is the perfect spot for a Round Top trip - close enough to the main drag, but enough distance to be peaceful. Truly 5-10 minute drive away from all the antiquing things and just a few minutes drive into downtown. Nancy and her family were so responsive and helpful and made great recommendations to us for the antiques show, which can be overwhelming! The photos show a lovely home, but in person, you can appreciate all the fun little decorative touches and neat antique furniture. Spacious, quiet, and lovely. Great AC, super clean. Also, the home had great books about antiques and home furnishing and the guides for the current antique show, which was super helpful. The donkeys and chickens added to the fun!

We loved the serene vibe of Andy’s place!! Perfect for a little getaway in nature, would definitely recommend! Andy is so passionate about the space and it shows, we loved it!

Nora was so kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the space and easy access to downtown Bastrop and Fisherman's Park. The kids loved all the toys, books, and games. We also very much enjoyed the extra space off the kitchen for hanging out after the kids went to bed.

Amazing time, beautiful experience. Felt like home and I definitely wasn’t ready to leave. Very private and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

We loved staying here! The place was very clean and had everything you need! And the bed was super comfy!! The location was just great, just a few minutes drive to the square! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place secluded enough but also conveniently close to all the Round Top antique show! I call it the smart house because it has all the newest and best appliances and tons of windows for views of the surrounding area. Our host was extremely kind and helpful for any request or suggestion before and during our stay! Highly recommend.

This was the first time our family has done any type of camping and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place was set up perfectly and had such a great view. We brought our jetskis and parked them at the dock throughout the day making lake access extremely easy. We will definitely be back.

It was great! We stayed two nights for Sherwood Forest. the outside area was our favorite. after a long day of walking around we put the kids to bed and made a fire and had a blast sitting and talking with good people.
