I 100% recommend this place. It is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The space was neat and tidy, and the hot tub was clean (and warm!). Sarah was incredibly helpful with everything from check-in to recommendations on what to do and where to go (and replies within minutes). My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay! Definitely worth the price!

What a hidden gem in the heart of Perth. This property gives the feel of being in a countryside estate, with astounding views from all rooms. Nestled in the trees, surrounded by the sounds of a flowing river, and as quiet as can be. 1 minute walk to the famous Stewart Park, boutiques, restaurants and amazing kids play area. The actual home is breath taking. The character of the old stone cottage has been maintained, while every corner of the home is thoughtfully decorated, cozy, creative, clean, charismatic, and inviting. 3 large bedrooms, comfortable beds, massive bathrooms, and the kitchen has everything for a chef! The living room is bright with stunning views of the river. Perfect home for anyone to enjoy in any season. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. Would stay here forever!

We loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings, the spaciousness of the cottage, and the beautiful views from every window. We love music and spent a couple of evenings just sipping wine and listening to music through the sound system routed through the ceilings. The kitchen was beyond well equipped! Further, Donna delivered extra pellets for the stove before we had to ask, and Erik generously mitigated the problem with the hot tub. Truly special hosts who care about their guests and their comfort.

We booked this place to relax and unwind and we were provided exactly that. The place was easy to locate and looked just like the picture inside and out. David was a responsive host. He also made sure to leave notes and instructions everywhere it was needed. That being said, the check in/out went smoothly and figuring out where or how to use things around the home became easy. We sure would like to come back again during the warmer season because there were a lot of hiking trails around the home that my dog would absolutely love to explore. 100% recommend!

Perfect Executive Cottage with Waterfront Access! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is spacious and luxurious, with an open-concept layout and amazing high ceilings in the living room that made it feel even more grand and inviting. It was the perfect blend of an upscale executive retreat and a cozy waterfront cottage. The entire place was impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could ask for—everything from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind. The host was extremely thoughtful and accommodating, allowing us full access to all the amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They were also very responsive, providing toys for the kids and anything else we requested, making sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this property enough! Whether you're looking for a place to work remotely or simply want a relaxing weekend getaway, this home offers the best of both worlds!

We had a phenomenal time at this stunning lakeside retreat. While it looks like a perfect summer getaway—serene, spacious, and incredibly private—its winter beauty is just as remarkable. Watching the sunrise over the frozen lake is a breathtaking experience, and the hot tub adds the perfect touch, making it unforgettable to soak in the warmth while surrounded by crisp winter air. Our February stay exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend it year-round. Richard was an excellent host—responsive, honest, and ensuring the place was immaculate upon arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet memorable escape, this is the place to be.

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

Melissa and Chris are lovely people. They were very responsive and helpful. The hot tub is outside in their backyard which makes it more private with a great river view. Beautiful and cozy place. I would totally recommend this wonderful place.

we were visiting family in the area and this was a perfect base for us. it is small but very warm and cosy (stayed December/January) and has everything you need. it is very well laid out and doesn't feel small at all. Stacy and Bruce were absolutely lovely and very kind people (even cleared snow from our steps each morning). There was everything we wanted there down to the last detail. We are regular visitors to the town although this was the first time we have stayed with Stacy and Bruce, we will definitely rebook for our next visit.

It was incredible! The host was very friendly and accommodating during a winter storm. The property is beautiful and is a great place to escape for a while. The hot tub was an incredible addition to our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Host also had all the cooking equipment that we needed to cook the host is very welcoming when you first get there😊 I will most definitely be back to this beautiful place looking toward to using the kayaks in the summer months.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Maria was very friendly, helpful, and responsive from the very beginning. The place itself is in a quiet and beautiful area, especially during the winter when it was covered in snow. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has all the pots and utensils needed for cooking. It even has an Xbox 360 and a bunch of board games, which we made use of during our stay. While we were there, it snowed heavily and Maria was kind enough to clear a path for our car in the morning and even offered us some delicious freshly baked bread! I 100% recommend this place and would stay here again the next time I'm in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay here for Valentines Days Weekend. It was our last Valentine’s Day as a family of 2 and really need a getaway and Rob and Shari’s place was the perfect spot. We fell inlove with their air bnb instantly and would instantly love there if we could in a heartbeat. Rob and Shari are so friendly and very welcoming. Always checked in during the snow storm to make sure if we go out to let them know so they could get the snow all cleaned so we could get out and all. Their place is insanely beautiful and very high tech which we love and very large . Perfect location. We plan on coming back again and hopefully next time it will be with our little one :)

We had an awesome stay at Dawn's cabin! The place is really quiet and private. Even if the place doesn't have electricity and water everything you need is there such as water bottles, snacks, kitchen supplies, BBQ with gaz, wood, pans, candles and chargeable lights, blankets etc. Also we were there to celebrate my birthday and Dawn was really thoughtful by placing some cupcakes for our arrival. Self check-in was also really smooth and well indicated. I totally recommend you to book there. It was such a good weekend to reload our batteries away from the city. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, we had great plans, but the ice storm and the cozy fireplace changed those plans. Hermann and Tracy were an absolute blast! Super chill, and super friendly, we would come back just to spend time with them! We had a cute visitor to come check up on us as well! We hope to be back, thank you hosting us Hermann and Tracy!

Beautiful cottage right on the water. Unit was clean and well stocked. Amazing fishing right off the dock. Will definitely look at coming back again.

This was such a phenomenal place to stay. The access to the river was lovely, and the entire house had so many great touches and details. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds and pillows so so comfortable. Location was fantastic and close to everything you need. I will definitely be back to stay here again !

My partner and I quite enjoyed our get away to the cabin. It is extremely close to Perth if you want to find a good restaurant or bakery. We loved the peaceful sounds of the birds and the silence of the night. We felt right at home from check in to departure. Jane and her husband were fantastic. Highly recommended and we will absolutely be returning.

Julie sent us the cottage address and more information well in advance of our arrival. She was friendly and even though she lives close by we couldn't see her house and she gave us total privacy. The hot tub was so amazing and secluded. The house was warm and clean. Very quiet location. We will definitely visit again! Thank you Julie!
