My bride and I are super hosts in MN. Six male sportsmen used the property as a base camp for a Devils Lake Ice fishing adventure. The weather was a challenge as we encountered subzero temps and high winds resulting in one day of fishing. The 2nd day we used the property as a man cave to watch the NFL football playoffs. It is exactly as described and well equipped and met every expectation of a quality ABB experience. The oversize garage was great for parking 3 full size trucks with portable fish houses. Great place to stay for our last minute Christmas ice fishing adventure. Baella Properties was responsive to any questions we had. The house was warm and inviting after long days on the ice.

This place was the perfect house. We had a large group out ice fishing. Being able to bring equipment into the heater garage was a huge bonus. The location is perfect 3 minutes from both town and the fish cleaning shack. We had great communication with the host. This will be the house we stay at from here out!

We highly recommend staying here! Although the fishing was very poor, we had a fun time getting together with friends! We spent the majority of our time in the garage playing football, cornhole, and sitting at the bar. We were even more impressed with the free lake access across the road! The house was spacious and we made many home cooked meals that saved us money from going out. The kitchen space was nicely arranged - which made cooking enjoyable. There were pots, pans, silverware, the works! They even had a black stone, pellet grill, and charcoal grill. We didn’t use them, but we will next time we book. Our beds were nicely made, and the house very nicely decorated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we are hoping to be back when the bite is better!

The place wasn't spectacular, but worked for three guys to crash at after fishingall day (it's a remodeled old home). The inside was nicer than expected. Price seemed high for what it was, but found out after booking we stayed the weekend of the DL firefighter fishing tournament which likely pushed price up.

The cabin was perfect. I came in town to go hunting and it was a perfect fit. Morgan was very helpful.

The house was comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were easy! There were 5 of us, and we each had our own bed, so lots of room! Plenty of pillows, towels, and extra blankets. We were very pleased with the price also. Thank you Sara!

Exactly what we needed. We came ice fishing and we had plenty of room and we were able to park our two trailers in the garage over night to let everything dry. Tyler was very informative and accommodating.
