Stayed for 2 weeks at Anna's unit. The place was clean and close to the town centre. Anna and her staff were always very helpful and kind. Highly recommended! Will stay there again next time. <3

The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. They have a friendly and accommodating caretaker who made our stay even better. The house was spotless and had all the amenities as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

Great little place with the friendliest people. The bed was super comfortable, the Netflix and internet worked great, and the views of Mount Mayon from the rooftop were incredible! The place was also near many good restaurants, and close to a big hotel where you can get picked up from for tours. Would certainly stay here again!

This is my nth time staying at Rosemarie’s place since 2022! Super affordable and the room makes me feel at home.

The best place to stay in town.

The room we availed is spacious. Budget-friendly and a great alternative to hotels, especially if there's a 24-hr scheduled power interruption in Legazpi. They have their own power generator. They have a fully loaded snack bar in case you feel snacky in the middle of the night. For tourists, they also have a lot of recommendations for transpo, tour package, etc. inside your unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Jamie place. Always responsive to any questions and or concerns. We will be back there sometime soon .

A great place to stay, clean and spacious and well recommended for travelers and tourists. Parking is not a problem. Friendly and responsive host. Definitely will book again.

Host was responsive and accommodating, and told us what was broken and needs fixing due to the bad weather that had occurred. Place was ok. The only thing was the place didn’t really have a parking on site nor premises. Other than that place, thr was in the center of the city and lots of places to walk to.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

Great location, almost near to everything. Pinnable location if you are using ride apps. Allan and Susan are super approachable and hospitable. If we have concerns, they easily address. Will definitely book again here.

We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!
