Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

The place is very homey, quiet and close to the local market, 7eleven.. We arrived late & haven't eaten our dinner but thankfully they recommmeded a cafe that could deliver food to us. We also got our tour guide for our day tour in albay thru Ms. Caroline.. We stayed for 2nights at their place.. Will definitely recommend the place. Thanks for having us! We enjoyed our brief stay in Albay❤️

A great place to stay, clean and spacious and well recommended for travelers and tourists. Parking is not a problem. Friendly and responsive host. Definitely will book again.

Jaime's place was a wonderful experience. The location, the staff, all of it. The place itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The mgmt always available. Since it is on the 4th floor, the trash was constantly monitored and removed immediately whem full. The deck was swept daily and mats automatically replaced as needed during the rains. The huge covered deck was a blessing as it could be used rain or shine. Air con worked well. A very convenient location in a busy area across from the park. Many trikes available at all times. Robinsons within walking distance and many restaurants and pharmacies. There are three flights of stairs up to be aware of. It was no problem for us. Toney, Gretchen and the mgr Oliver amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

So fast check in with clear instruction. Very clean , very comfortable, nice quite neighborhood, roof top access gives you the greatest view of mount mayon and the city. The host is Very accommodating with the free drinking water and the garbage. Fan and airconditioning working very good. They got everything you need. The place is near in city access to public market, malls, banks, and to the tourist spots you like is nearby within such as legazpi boulevard, cagsawa, museo de legazpi, etc. We enjoy our stay so much. They got free and safe parking too. Highly recommended .

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

Ms. Sonia was very responsive and accommodating. She even let us stay past check out time since it’s been rainy during our stay and we needed more time to get back from where we were. Will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient place to stay and close to everything and host and caretakers were good too

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

The overall experience we had was outstanding. The only noticeable thing is the bidet with leakage. But overall great experience, I highly recommend this place! Very comfortable!

The area was quite at night and we don’t have any problems communicating with owner. Help is always available whenever we need a help.
