Sam’s place was a short stroll to the train station and city centre so very convenient. Sam and her daughter were really welcoming and the room itself and the bathroom spacious. Great place to stay!

Our Stay at the miners Cottage was a pleasure. The location was perfect for me and my Son we were visiting family over the Christmas Holidays. The home was very cozy and clean, and Maxine was available via text if we had any questions, which we didn’t as everything was perfect. I would highly recommended this accommodation, if you are looking to stay in the area.

Perfect location for our needs. Very happy with everything that is provided . Host is helpful . Safe and clean.

It was a very pleasant stay everything was to our liking it had everything and when something wasn’t ok it was easy to get In contact with the host so she helps us out

Our third stay - visited with two friends while attending a festival close by. As always, it was a great base for us - clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed. Will and Maureen are excellent hosts.

house as described lots of food outlets and general stores near by. large Tesco 10 min walk from house easy stroll to city centre which took 20 mins and 15 mins to Leicester Tigers stadium for rugby. Very clean house, lots of plates, cups, glasses etc in kitchen. ideal for a group stay.

Great accommodation with walkable distance to everything onsite parking was a bonus too

Had a lovely stay at The Stables. Felt right at home. It’s larger than the photos suggest & very clean & comfortable. Jean-Pierre was an excellent host, very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Karena’s property for a couple of weeks. The house had all of the amenities required for our stay and is in a great location to experience all that Market Harborough has to offer. Karena was very helpful and flexible.

Lovely property in a central location in Leamington Spa. Close to shops, restaurants and the station. The property has lots of space, three double bedrooms and lovely clean linen and hot showers. The communal areas downstairs were a little chilly, but the outside temperature had dropped so that could be why, and this is an old property. Heating upstairs was Ok. Sian was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect for our needs for a weekend in Leamington Spa

Thank you Ram, we had the most wonderful time at the hidden hut! A stunning and peaceful location, quiet and within walking distance of anything you could need. Ram is a kind and helpful host and I appreciated the thoughtful little touches (such as suncream on the shelf!). We will definitely be back!

We stayed in Joanna's BnB for a few days to meet friends and explore Loughborough a bit for a break. Lovely quiet neighborhood, easy to get into town and Joanna was a fab host. Helpful if you needed her and she was very kind. The house is great for a relaxed stay, everything you could possibly need and bags of room and character. Lovely little back garden, plenty of room to park and a supply of fresh eggs from Joanna from her own hens! Smashing place for a rest and to explore the University town of Loughborough or to use as a base for the local area.

Lara’s place was perfect for a city break with some friends. Nottingham city centre was in easy reach from the town house. The property was immaculate, and the kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use. The bedrooms were very warm and comfortable, the bed linen fresh, and the bathrooms were spotless. In all we had a lovely time. Lara made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay.

The Pumphouse Mews is a fantastice location. The Tissington Trail is just one example of the beautiful options of where to walk..ie the whole area surrounding has so much to offer for amazing views. We drove into the area just north west for hikes. The house itself is set up with beautiful furniture making for a cozy evening. We really felt at home! We found a lovely bottle of wine which was a treat and chocolate. Matt has thoroughly thought out all the needs for a wonderful stay. Thank you Matt. If we are in the area we will not hesitate to stay again!

I had an amazing long stay! The place was warm, inviting, and spotless making it feel like a true home away from home. David was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive, always ensuring all needs were met. A standout touch was the thoughtful stocking of essentials—water, milk, bread, and even butter were provided in the fridge, which made settling in much easier. The location was ideal, just 272 ft from a Co-op, making grocery runs easy and only a 2-minute walk to the bus stop to the city centre. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!
