We really enjoyed staying in this property, it had everything you might need. And was immaculately presented. It was a perfect location as we were attending a concert at the arena and it was walkable distance. Peaceful road. Excellent communication with the host. We would highly recommend this property.

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The space had everything we needed for our three week stay, it felt very comfortable and was easy to settle in. We had a few questions on the first day and Nicky and her team were helpful and responsive. The location is great and very walkable to local amenities.

Had a lovely stay here, actually booked it to do some work with my business partner as we live at opposite ends of the country - was the perfect space to work, record content, and then 5 min walk to a lovely pub for the evening. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable, felt right at home.

We chose this accommodation because of its rural location on a farm. It was lovely. Goats and pigs were our neighbours and we could walk across fields and through a wood from the doorstep. Everyone at Wood Farm were very friendly and took time to talk to us. The takeaway menu of home cooked food was an added bonus! Within easy access of Rutland Water and Oakham so lots to explore.

This house is absolutely stunning. Even better than the pictures. I hired this house for my husband’s birthday celebrations and it was incredible. Kurosh is very responsive and helpful. The house was immaculate and it’s the perfect place to make memorise. We will be recommending this place for a long time.

Lovely little house in a perfect location for the village where we have family who we were visiting. Everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Gregg left us a few welcome extras which were very much appreciated. We needed a little extra time on the day we checked out and Gregg was very accommodating allowing us a couple of extra hours, making our last day so much easier. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Communication was very good throughout and always prompt. Property was very clean and as described. Kitchen very well fitted out and bed was comfortable. Good WiFi speed. Highly recommended.

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Paul and his family were very welcoming, they made me feel at home and had a lovely friendly dog. Their house is beautiful and in a quiet spot even though it's close to a main road, so a peaceful night is guaranteed. The room was large with plenty of storage and a TV so you can chill in the evening. The bed was really comfy and the room was clean and nicely decorated. If I wanted I had use of the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional, and even though it's shared with the family it was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend a stay here.
