Stunning spot and very helpful host. One thing to note is that the property does not allow events but haven’t got that listed on the description, so worth keeping that in mind when booking!

The place is amazing, very large living area with many very clean and decently spaced rooms. I wasn’t aware of the 5-10 minute gravel road the house is on. Daniel was amazing at communicating when I need to get in touch with him however the packing up procedure could have been outlined better, but other than that the four informative emails sent outlined everything needed for our stay. The view is just as amazing in person as the photos both sunrise and sunset, especially lounging in the spa.

Chelsey was a great attentive host & I would happily visit again if she’ll have me! The house was perfect and I have no complaints. The beds were comfy, it was well stocked with everything you’d need and the location is wonderful. The only downside is I didn’t book for a longer stay!

Beautiful Chalet that Charles and Nikki have. Nice and peaceful, great spa pool and bbq. Really appreciated the netflix on tv. Great place to stay with short drive to Onetangi beach, and pretty much everywhere else. Absolutely beautiful. Hosts are very friendly and we enjoyed the last part of our honeymoon on waiheke island 🏝

Perfect spot for a relaxing wekend with friends. We loved how close it was to the beach and the bikes made it so easy to get around Omaha. Kate was super helpful and accommodating.

Five adults and six children had a wonderful weekend in Mangawhai, using Carolynn's house as our base. There was plenty of space for everyone to find their own corner, both inside and out. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks to work in at once and the dining table was big enough for us to all sit around so mealtimes were a treat, not a chore. Amazing view to the east, including sunrise across water and moonscape sand dunes. The spa at the end of the day was a special treat for our family, as was the large TV screen in the lounge. We missed a few books and board games but everything else was in good supply. Thank you for a special long weekend with my family Carolynn.

Mark’s home is beautiful! Very spacious, but living room and kitchen, all the house supplies, washer and dryer, beautiful views and patio. We loved our trip to Waiheke !

This location is a gem if you want to have a lot of privacy and really unplug from the city life. What a treat it was to have the private beach to enjoy the sunset! Linda was so friendly and responsive. 10/10

We loved staying here. The Airbnb was immaculate. Absolutely beautiful restful and peaceful place. We loved walking by the river and the stars at night were amazing with no streetlights nearby. I went a watched stars sitting on the lawn for a while one night. The garden was beautiful. Dave and Maggie obviously love the garden as it really is lovely. The space had everything we needed. Full kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry facilities. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. Thanks so much. We hope to come back again.

What a magical place!! We feel completely recharged after our stay at Emma's beautiful holiday home. A great getaway for every age, spaceous inside and out, and with lots to do, but quiet enough if you enjoy your tranquil moments. Emma is a fantastic host, very responsive and caring. Will be back in a heartbeat, absolutely love this place!!

The house is just a stone’s throw away from the beach, which made it super convenient for daily trips. It was well presented, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. You can tell the house is well-lived in, as it has every utensil and necessity you could possibly need – making it feel like home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped spot by the beach for a family. Will definitely stay again!

Really lovely place to stay modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was provided, including lovely welcome goodies, which was very thoughtful. The beds are super comfortable. Great area to explore. Enjoyed Matamata and Kawau island - a must visit.

The place was beautiful as described. The walk up is a bit steep if you’re not used to hills but the view made it worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and well equipped for a longer stay as well.

Unglaublich nette Besitzer, superfreundlicher Empfang und hilfreiche Tipps durch Allan. Tolle Ausstattung- es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Viele Lebensmittel zum Frühstücken, jede Menge Obst und dazu noch tolle Fruchtsäfte, Milch, Brot, diverses Müsli. Liebenswerter Weise hat uns Allan sogar zur Bushaltestelle gefahren und uns beim Ticketkauf unterstützt. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft und schön ruhig gelegen.

A great stay in a great location. There were three generations of us in our group. The house was spotless when we arrived, very spacious, great views, good air conditioning, which we were grateful for on some very hot days. It was a short drive to Little Oneroa Beach, which was a perfect place to spend time with the grandchildren - a very sheltered bay, some big trees to provide shade. Nice coffee and great wood fired pizzas are handy there as well. Something to note- is to be careful getting out of the driveway- go right to the far side, the brown bit, before turning- as it easy to clip an exhaust on the left hand side of the car if you don’t.

Wonderful spot with a comfortable house and outstanding pool! our family loved the great outdoors entertaining area and enjoyed our Christmas week stay immensely. Thoroughly recommend this property.

We love our stay at Greg's place. It's a great place to stay with the family who likes privacy and calming surrounding. It's close to town and beach, love the spa and pool although it was ice cold during our stay but I bet it was great on a more sunny day 😅 Overall, its worth the rate and love it!

The team we had staying loved their stay. They said Tracey was extremely friendly and welcoming. Facilities were clean but homely....and the beds nice and comfortable at the end of a long day! With future contracts coming up in the area they have asked to book this accommodation again. Highly recommend

Our daughter was getting married at a local venue, and the location of Lichfields Cottage was perfect for the bridal party's preparation for the big day. The cottage was comfortable and clean, and Kirsty provided a very useful list of local amenities and was responsive yet remained discreet. Thank you Kirsty for your kindness and we enjoyed our daily visits from the dog and the chickens. A wonderful distraction for our nervius bridesmaids.

Megan’s home was gorgeous! Even better than the photos look (if that’s possible) everything you needed there so peaceful and the scenery was something else. Megan was responsive and super helpful. Thank you for everything. Hope to come back to stay again in the future.
