we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Amazing place! Love how private it is and the private drive. Amazing indoor pool and jacuzzi outside. Large space. Lots to do.

A great place for all the family to gather. The pool really made it as children and adults alike could enjoy the warm water even in February.

The Barn was exactly as described and from the moment we walked in, felt homely and welcoming. Mike was incredibly helpful and always available if required. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay and having access to a private pool made our stay even more special. Most beautiful property with picturesque surroundings. Delanie welcomed us and there was a lovely hamper full of M&S goodies. Then we were left to enjoy ourselves. Questions could be asked via the site, and quickly responded too. The property was pristine and beautiful. The showers were lovely. Beds comfortable with lovely rooms. Especially loved the attic room. The kitchen was well equipped. Delanie added a nice touch with the tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter. And the M&S jams! Loved having tea n toast when we bought our belongings in. The views from the front and back of the property are beautiful and calming. With trees staying in the wind. We wasn't disturbed during our visit. So it didn't matter that we was on the hosts private land and living space. Delanie gave us clear and plenty of information. Delanie was the perfect host! Polite and helpful. Me and the family are looking for reasons to stay again. We all loved it so much. And we watched Deadpool in the pool.

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

Had a fantastic stay! The property was spacious, clean, and warm, with a beautiful bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The gaming room was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and having fun. The location was amazing easy access to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Zeny is a very friendly and helpful host. She provided will all the instructions and also answered our query very quick. The place was well stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate's, drinks, milk. The bar area was nice place to hang out. The house had good amount of rooms to accommodate our group.

Great location for a quick walk into the city, convenient for a gig at the Academy. Practical house with thoughtful amenities such as breakfast, snacks, and milk provided, and a comfortable bed. Ali is a great host, excellent communication, overall a perfect place for what we needed!

It was very comfortable and spacious for the 5 of us, the grandchildren absolutely loved it. We had our own parking space in a gated secure complex and we'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Manchester. Usmaan was an amazing host.

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Beautifully clean, modern but cosy. Was the perfect location with just a very short drive to the prom with so many things to do and see. Perfect for what we needed!

Absolutely perfect! We stayed here as a group of 10, and everyone loved it. The hosts were extremely helpful during the booking process, answering any questions and giving us all the information we needed whenever we needed it. They were flexible with check-in and out times to suit us, knowing we were travelling a large distance. On arrival the house was immaculate. Spotless every room, so much space for everyone, with almost all of the bedrooms having a private bathroom. The hosts even left us a few beers and chocolate to welcome us! Check-in was extremely easy, met at the door when we arrived and shown around the property. Super friendly and really helpful giving local recommendations whilst making us feel at home right away. 5 star doesn't do it justice, the property and hosts are fantastic and I'd highly recommend for anyone wanting to stop near Liverpool or wanting a spacious property with friends. Will definitely be booking again in the future if we're ever in the area!

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

Davids place was a real home from home. David was extremely kind and communicated well. Extremely flexible to our request, which was a real help to us! The house was clean and well furnished. It was about a 30 min walk to winter gardens, where we had a weekend event. I will definitely book again if we have future events in the area! Thank you David for a wonderful stay in your lovely home!

Lovely place to stay, great location and all amenities provided. Lovely welcome pack too. Loved having a garden for our dogs so they could venture out quite easily but still be safe. Gary & Coleen have clearly put a lot of effort into providing a lovely serine place to stay. It’s a bit top end price wise but totally worth it and all the best bits of Southport are close by. Will definitely be returning.
