We had a lovely few days, staying at Appletree Cottage, with our two grandchildren aged 6 and 3. The cottage was very comfy and well equipped, and ideally suited our needs. Good location for many attractions such as Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We were lucky to have good weather so the excellent play area and hot tub were much enjoyed each day. Would definitely recommend booking.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

In 1 woord geweldig!!! Nadat we de spullen hadden uitgeladen kwamen ze ons nog even welkom heten. Het huis had echt alles wat je nodig had en meer dan dat. De jacuzzi werd 2 keer per dag gecontroleerd. Het huisje staat echt op een perfecte plek rust ruimte en uitzicht. Ben zelf heel lang opzoek geweest naar een perfect huisje en iedere keer kwam dit huisje terug! Ik kan iedereen aanraden om hier te boeken je krijgt echt waar voor je geld! Super bedankt dat we gebruik mochten maken van jullie huisje.

What a wonderful place! Exactly as advertised and more. Calum and Karen were very responsive and gracious. Always helpful with recommendations. It was a family trip so we did a lot of touring. After a long day of activities, it was always great to come back to this beautiful home . . . and the views are spectacular.

Enjoyed our stay at such a creative and beautiful airbnb. It was a new experiencefor us staying in the countryside enjoying the sunset, BBQ, bathtub and feeding the animals. Sandy was a great host. She showed us around and helped us alot with our transportation. Much appreciation.

Only 30 mins drive from the airport, we were greeted by Drew to get a walk through. It's their family home so it has everything you could need, very spacious, private, safe, and friendly neighborhood. Only 5 minutes walk from a coastal restaurant we ate at every night. Takes exactly 1-hour to get to Waverly Edinburgh station by train, from the moment you leave the front door. We were a group of 5 work colleagues who all needed their own bedroom, and this space more than accommodated. Highly recommend. Amazing view of Edinburgh from every window. Evening beach strolls are a must.

From initial contact, through arrival, stay and departure, everything was ideal. Libby's warm welcome, the cleanliness, comfort, facilities and general atmosphere were all quiteoutstanding.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Beautiful big flat in a great location in Leith, which we love. Lots of restaurants, pubs, bakeries and the park. Very close to the tram, which makes city centre and the airport very easy. Had everything we needed for a great stay thanks.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. 2 lady professionals traveling for work and this was a fabulous stop over. Quiet, super comfortable, safe and a lovely welcome hamper on arrival: Highly recommend. There is a lovely beach/woodland walk to stretch weary car travelled legs as well. Thanks Julie - hope to be back one day

The location is amazing — perfect for exploring the city. The place was very clean, exactly as described, and the host communicated well. We did have one hiccup: there were only two towels provided, even though there were three of us, so we had to share, which wasn’t ideal. Also, like other reviews mentioned, the bed is very noisy. I figured it couldn’t be that bad since I don’t move much when I sleep, but even the slightest movement made noise. Other than that, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the home and the area. I would give it 4.5 stars because 5 means perfect, and the bed and towel issues weren't so great.

What an incredible house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is so well equipped and so clean. Lots of cereals, cookies, tea and coffee to make our stay even more perfect. The backyard was a bonus with the children. Great location too for public transportation, very easy to go anywhere. Ronnie was so responsive and so accommodating. Many thanks!

Fantastic 3 nights at Anna’s. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short 7 minute walk to the castle. Lots of good restaurants and a fantastic park for kids and our dog down the way. Anna was super accommodating and flexible to our needs with kids. Great stay, would highly recommend for families and those wanting a well-situated apartment within just a short walk from the buzz of Edinburgh!

Es una casa acogedora y preciosa, con camas cómodas y todos los servicios que puedas imaginar. Chirs es encantador, nos dejó desayuno para todos, vino e incluso chocolate. Si deseas visitar a Edimburgo no dudes en alojarte en casa de Chris.

Clean, well looked after and easy to find

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

Dainne’s place was one of my best experiences in the Scotland UK. It was my first time staying in a caravan home. Very nice and quiet place. I stayed for one night but wish to stay longer next time. Good price, clean and organized. The host was very responsive. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful, well-appointed flat. Fits all the of the amenities you could want into a lovely space that is walkable to different parts of the city. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed Karin’s apartment, exactly as per the pictures and very quiet but close to Cannongate and the Royal mile. Milk, biscuits and great Costa coffee pods. Bath room very nice with good products. Would definitely return.
