Very pleased with our stay, spacious and comfortable, ideal for our weekend in Ireland for a wedding nearby.

We had an amazing stay at Caroline and Patrick's! Even though the weather wasn't great, there was so much for us and the kids to do! The pool was fantastic, basketball, tennis, etc- something for all of us. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. The bed linen was so soft and the mattresses very comfortable. The indoor fire was also very special. We were so grateful for our stay, and can't wait to visit again! Simply can't recommend enough!

my family and I had a lovely stay here. The house was clean and beautiful..... even better than the pictures! It was very private and peaceful. The host was excellent to work with and very friendly.

Absolutely loved staying here. Stayed for nearly 2 weeks after the storm as had no power in mine. The house is in a lovely gated area so could allow dogs to roam the garden and the house is just lovely and cosy and homely. I had a wonderful time relaxing here and Marcus is always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. This house was a great find and suited our needs perfectly . When we arrived Michael checked with us about our local knowledge. But he was completely unobtrusive apart from that. The facilities are excellent and the house was spotless. Heating was really good. Set on a timer but house remained warm even when off. Dromod is a nice quiet village well placed for larger towns like Carrick on Shannon and Longford. Totally recommended

Fantastic place. Amazing location, perfect cosy cottage retreat, set in dramatic mountain area. Short drives to local towns, such as Drumshanbo and the gin distillery, and other attractions, such as Cavan Burren and Lough Allen. Slightly further afield and can get to Enniskillen.

Carmel was very friendly and helpful, she let us get in and explained everything. She was always responsive. Now coming to her house, it is unique, never seen something like this, and it’s beautiful. Everything was there as needed, wifi was great, walkable to nearest tourist spots. She also arranged a complimentary local bread for us, which was so nice of her. Really liked there. Highly recommended.
