Lake views from every room with Eagles, jumping fish, beautiful sunsets, great hot tub and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there was a visiting dog not mentioned in the listing (the resident dog Hank is great!) that liked to bark at us while on the deck or even inside and one night ad wr were enjoying the hot tub there was quite a bit of shouting from the main house. Other than that, fantastic!

The perfect little getaway near Olympic National Park! Just as described and in a very peaceful neighborhood. My friends and I had a great time and our favorite part was the backyard.

place was amazing, had issues finding the location just using Google Maps, but luckily the directions provided were perfect. wish we could have stayed longer

This was my third stay for a meditation retreat at the Wolf Den. It is such a tranquil place and really feels like home. The heater keeps it nice and toasty and Dawn is always so hospitable. Will be back for round four as soon as I can!

Cute little place. The hot tub was amazing. The house is very clean. The dock is a tiny bit small, but having the Kayaks was great.

Loved it! The host was very responsive and always helpful! We enjoyed utilizing the hot tub, grill, and fire pit which all were functional. The parking was great to fit all 3 cars we took. From the windows you could even see the water a bit! Great deal for what you are getting, I hope to enjoy another stay here soon!

this place was absolutely lovely. it was the perfect mixture of cabin feels & luxury. the area was peaceful & lush with greenery. although you have neighbors, it feels very private in the backyard. i loved the hammocks within the forest, what a nice touch. the cedar hot tub was SO nice. my favorite thing about the place. the bed was insanely comfy. both my husband and i were like what kind of witchcraft is this. i think it was the mixture of the flannel sheets and mattress topper. overall the space was very cozy, clean, and well stocked. things that stood out to me: - the espresso pods !!! (thank you, seriously) - the s’mores kit - the heated bathroom floor - the rain shower with river stone flooring seriously such a great stay. we’d come back in a heart beat 🩷

What a beautiful little hideaway. We had such an amazing time. Lots of outdoor activities to do in the area. Jessica and Nate provide heaps of outdoor toys and indoor activities. Probably the most well stocked Air BNB I've ever stayed in and love that it's pet friendly (greatly appreciate a fenced in yard). Only wish we had visited in the summer and could get in the water.

Everything was even better than expected. The cabin is adorable and we felt immediately at home. The view and access to beach is perfection. We were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

We loved our stay here. Cozy, clean, pet friendly and a beautiful location. We loved that the yard was fenced in for our dogs! All the kitchen amenities you could need. Close to beautiful hikes and a nice neighborhood to walk around. Would definitely recommend on your trip to Hoodsport!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It's very spacious and comfortable. We traveled with a baby and large dog and this cabin met all of our needs. The space was also very welcoming and clean, we could truly rest. The hosts made the entire experience seamless.

Kristin was very proactive with instructions for entry and how best to communicate with her so that she could be most responsive to us. The place was charming and held my dear family and pet close in comfort. I especially love the thoughtfulness of having toys available for my littlest (3y) as well as games for us older ones. After all, I’m glad there isn’t a TV available. The wood stove and high ceilings meant we should be gathered together in warmth with our voices and laughter filling the space to get our dopamine fix. We were also glad to be treated to complementary teas and fixings. Such a silent night compared to the sirens and traffic in Tacoma. We found the shower head function options in the lower level to be novel. It was nice to sit as a family at the table (reminds me that we need to fix our at home seating arrangements). Maybe updated natural cooking utensils and a deep dusting would make things perfect (I performed an extraction of dust from the hairdryer to contribute).

Great place to stay. A bit noisy with cars at the business next door, but otherwise really enjoyed this vacation rental.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The details in the decorating and thoughtful amenities also made this one of the best air bnb's I've stayed in (and that's quite a few). My friend is visiting from NY and I think this may have helped me convince her to move here. The view itself is worth every penny and I wish we had stayed longer! Gerald was very responsive and made sure anything we needed was already available. So grateful we stayed here and it was the greatest kick off to a tulip tour that anyone could ask for!

Our group of 15 had such a restful time! The lodge is surrounded by beauty, and stocked with so many amenities that make it feel like home. The kitchen is so full of pots and pans, spices, mugs, fridge space, etc. We had such an easy and fun time cooking huge meals for ourselves, and easily cleaning up. We even used the grill a couple of times! Our group was there to relax and craft. The big, long table was perfect for crafting together! We all fit around it so comfortably. The woodstove kept us cozy in the rain. We loved the huge record collection. We felt like we had plenty of bedroom space. We ventured down to the dock to cold plunge. We used the outdoor bathtub!! That was a highlight. As were the trails on the property. We took several long walks in the woods.

The Rox is so incredible, that we go annually. This was our fourth year and it did not disappoint. They add little touches and upgrades that we get to see each year, which reveals the love and attention to their space. This off grid cabin is like a fairy tale in the woods. We fall asleep to the sound of the nearby waterfall on this very private piece of property. The outdoor shower is a favorite and never gets old! Taking a shower outside in the middle of the woods while looking around at the scenery and peaking at the water fall is something special. highly recommend!

David & Steven were wonderfully responsive, accommodating and friendly hosts, and their cabin space was peaceful, quiet, and in an incredibly beautiful location -- Thank you for sharing your lovely space with the rest of us! It was an absolutely perfect place for a restful and restorative retreat. I'd highly recommend, and hope to stay there again the next time I'm on Vashon Island!

Th view from this cabin was very cool! The inside was as pictured and we loved the projector screen. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was a strange smell… maybe it’s bc the cabin is right on the water and it has soaked up some of the salty air but i don’t know if I would stay here again based on that. Overall it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful time at Katherine's place! The cabin is so cozy and well-appointed, with little surprise touches (loved the musical instruments and art!). The beds are comfy, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. We loved walking the neighborhood and admiring the mist coming off the mountains. Thank you for a fantastic getaway!

We loved this charming little bungalow on the Hood Canal. The view was wonderful and the beds were comfortable.
