The hosts provided great, easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and proactively sent messages to ensure everything was okay once we had arrived. We didn't need assistance with anything during our stay. House was clean, well stocked (every kitchen item you could possibly need) and a great layout. LOVED the covered deck off the kitchen. We would absolutely rent from Kim and hear team again, both at this location and are looking to their other properties as well for future visits!

Another lovely stay at Lee's Breakaway! The house is well stocked and well kept. There is always an thoughtful upgrade each year. This time it was offering several streaming services on the TV. The house is an easy walk to the beach and you cannot beat the convenience of the Beach Pantry shop just up the street to replenish beverages or snacks. We had a great dinner at Salt 64; be sure to make reservations several weeks ahead. Beds are so comfortable and we ended each day turning in with a book!

The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect! Two families stayed in the home for the weekend and there was plenty of space. It was walking distance to the beach and all CB has to offer. The house was clean and there was plenty of seasoning to cook! Michelle was responsive and proactive in communication. We definitely want to come back.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

We were a huge family coming in and we were welcomed very well. There was a lot of space for everyone to play, have some peace time. The back yard was amazing we had a one year old and it was very comfortable being able to let her run around knowing it was completely fenced and she wouldn’t wonder off to the street. The host also provided baby essentials which I found great. The host was amazing she was always responsive and very polite we had a last minute cancellation and she was willing to help and work something out with us as well. I will say the only concern was that some of the rooms lacked of curtains for the rooms but that would be about it otherwise we had an amazing stay.

Lindsey was a wonderful host with a beautiful spacious home to share. There was plenty of room for our large group to hang out and spend time together. We loved the short walk to the beach and the privacy the home offered. We would stay again! ❤️❤️

Wow. Probably the nicest airbnb I’ve ever been to. The house is pure luxury with every amenity included. Coffee, cream, soap, shampoo, snacks, fruit, you name it. The pool is out of a magazine and I couldn’t believe it was all ours. The house is in an excluded gated community about 12 minutes to the beach. We will be back next year without a doubt. We had such a blast.

We had a great stay with our dogs. The property is newly renovated inside and out. It is impeccably clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. The heated pool was amazing! The property is a quick drive to Downtown Wilmington, so there are lots of good food options. We would love to visit again.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

We stayed for a full week and it was perfect! We loved being right there on the water listening to the waves! Beautiful place!

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

Sabine was an incredible host! She reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabana is street view but nothing can beat being so close to the beach. A few steps and you are on the boardwalk where you can go to the beach or go to a number of different bars, restaurants, dessert places. Parking was never an issue in the garage and I always felt very secure having coded for all the entry ways. Would definitely stay here again - 10/10 highly recommend!

Super close to the beach access. Adorable place with everything you need! Wendy checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was super sweet. You can hear the ocean, the view is lovely from the porch. Would stay again for sure. The walls are a little thin so I would just be mindful and respectful of the neighbors below. We didn’t have the same respect when someone stayed above us on the last evening so just be mindful of the neighbors.

The condo was perfect for our quick trip to Carolina Beach. The bed was wry comfortable and the coffee bar was a great touch. Unfortunately the boardwalk was under construction and many restaurants had long wait times due to staffing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved that the beach was easy to get to.
