We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

My family had a great time at Crisitna's place. Communication was great all throughout and caretaker was very accommodating. We appreciated all the games available which made for a great bonding experience.

Ms. Alma was very easy to communicate with. Very responsive and kind. The caretakers were so nice too. They toured us around the whole house and showed us everything we need. The whole place was beyond our expectations! It was sparkling clean, it was huuuge and spacious and well maintained. We loved the kitchen and living area, there were three bedrooms, fully air conditioned and each of them has its own restroom. The best thing was the rooftop where you can swim and spend time with your friends. Every corner of the property is picturesque. We really enjoyed our stay here! Super recommended and we will definitely come back!

Elaren is an idyllic place for rest, relaxation and bonding with your best loves. We loved the cozy corners and homey interiors. The separate kitchen helped make meal prep very efficient with minimal cooking odor in the dining and bedroom areas. There was just leaking in the upstairs bath out onto the toilet floor. The floor rugs were always soaked and cold. Hope this can be fixed. Also, there were stray dogs which just wouldn’t leave. I was worried they might wander into the kitchen and dining areas The guests from the neighboring property parked in our slots. Apparently they got lost and wandered into the place we were renting. Perhaps this calls for better directional signages. Thanks to Cynthia for making everything easy and allowing an exception for early check in and late checkout. Orly, the caretaker, is especially helpful. He got the rooms, pool and bonfire ready for us. His service was invaluable. We loved the place and the people. Looking forward to return soon!

Very nice home in a quiet gated community. We felt right at home. I loved that main bedroom had high ceilings and lots of windows that provided plenty of natural lighting. I also loved that the livingroom/kitchen had a lot of open space. The location is very close to Tagaytay and Nuvali. So, there's plenty of things to do and see. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. Most importantly, Prim Rose was an exceptional host. Very proactive and informative. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

We recently spent our weekend staying at Enissa Viento Place,—it was nothing short of amazing! The pool was crystal clear and inviting, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property was spotlessly clean, showing the dedication and attention to detail of the staff. We also had a great time during the bonfire,kids enjoyed making s’mores. A special shoutout to Ms. Mera and Sir Rodel for their exceptional service—they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference. Ms. Niki also promptly replied to my queries, ensuring we had everything we needed. We genuinely felt we got our money's worth and more at this fantastic place. Enissa Viento Place is a gem, and I can't recommend it enough! If you're looking for a pristine, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, look no further. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We found a resting place for a busy day from Pasig to Batangas. Together with my adult children and a Shih Tzu, we enjoyed our 24hour stay. Thank you so much TJMR particularly the Kuya who was very helpful to us during our stay!

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at this BnB! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the church, near the public market, and fruit stands, which made everything super convenient. The property itself is a nature lover’s dream, with a spacious backyard full of greenery that gave off such a peaceful vibe. Inside, the linens were fresh, the AC kept us cool, and the WiFi connection was strong. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The caretaker was friendly and courteous, and the host was responsive whenever we had questions. One minor inconvenience was that there were only four plates for the four of us—so we didn’t have extras to use for serving food. Also, we noticed that cats had gotten into the trash bin overnight, and we woke up to scattered garbage in the terrace. A more secure bin with a lid would definitely help prevent that. Overall, it was still a great experience and we would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place.

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

Ms. Ana was responsive and very welcoming 🥰 She offered to extend our stay for a few hours from check-out time since she knew we got back to the listing past midnight the night before. Based on the previous reviews, they received fish and fruits from Ms. Ana - I was kind of (hehe) expecting the same but we didn’t. Instead, she gave us a WHOLE CHICKEN and eggs!! You guessed it right, we cooked adobo that night hehe. Thank you for having us Ms. Ana! 💞 Things to note: - Bed linen and towels were provided - Complimentary tomatoes from Ms. Ana’s harvest ❣️ - Water heater in the shower - there’s an airfryer in the kitchen - karaoke - Listing was 100% accurate and clean Thank you again!!

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious.
