Beautiful home with comfortable bed, was just my husband and I and our 2 small dogs. Can only comment on the master with king bed. Home is beautifully decorated, well taken care of and in a good location. The shower was absolutely amazing. Our favorite part! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, it’s secure all the way around so they could run around and enjoy the yard. Would have liked a bigger comfy couch, and ice and water dispenser. That’s all I felt was missing. Great home, beautiful pool. Water was perfect temp. We enjoyed it very much!

Absolutely loved this home! Host was so accommodating to our last minute stay request. Beautiful house, comfortable beds, clean big pool! Mariya let us have a late checkout so my son could swim his race at Nathan Benderson. Great location. Highly recommend!

It was a great vacation! Nice, spacious house. The kids were very happy with the pool, and we were happy with the jacuzzi. 😁 Clean, well-kept house. There is everything you need and even more than expected! Oksana is a very friendly and helpful hostess! If we plan a trip to this city, we will be happy to come back! I recommend!

Jorge's home is wonderful. The space is large and packed with amenities. Definitely booking again the next time we're in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area.

Daniel was awesome to talk with about the house. He was responsive immediately with answers to any questions. This house was so comfortable & welcoming. It fit us perfectly! The layout of the house is very accommodating with the master bedroom & bath on one side of the house & two bedrooms & shared bath on the other. The house is located in a quiet community & the area it's located in is close to restaurants, grocery shopping & golf courses. The screened-in lanai was very nice. The outside patio was beautiful & spacious with nice patio furniture & a grill. The heated pool was awesome! There were floats provided to use too. The check-in instructions were easy & the household check-out instructions were simple & easy to follow. We would definitely rent this house again! Very clean and spacious accommodations. We had 3 couples and an adult child in our party. The owner allowed early checkin in for us and was very attentive when we needed air conditioning adjustment. The only negative was that the air conditioning window unit in the mother in law suite is very loud. You’ll want to have a white noise maker. The units were well equipped and theres a nice family sized table for eating meals together.

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Great landing pad for our scouting trip to Sarasota. Centrally located to explore beach areas and surrounding neighborhoods. Thoughtful setup and amenities! We would definitely stay here again.

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

My family enjoyed a week long Spring Break trip and felt very comfortable with the location primarily. This is our fourth year at Siesta Key and it is a safe and family friendly environment. I feel secure in allowing the kids to walk to the village and they know their way around as well. The beach is right across the street which is wonderful. The pool was private and not overly crowded with other guests. The den that is converted to the third bedroom is not very private, however we brought an extension curtain rod and long black out curtains to close off the room. It worked perfectly. My biggest complaint would be the temperature of the condo. The thermostat will not go below 73 degrees and to be honest it tended to get pretty stuffy in the condo. It would have been ideal if the temperature was cooler for our comfort level. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

Our stay was wonderful! This is an old Florida gem! The pool area is so quaint and relaxing. The grassy area and fishing dock is great. The beach access is an easy walk and of course fantastic. It's great that the unit comes with all beaching needs (cart, chairs, towels, games, etc.) for us 'fly in' folks. The unit was very clean and updated. Was sad to see the Hurricane devastation but sure this helped limit the busyness. Maureen is a great host and was always readily available for any questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first time staying on the south end of the island, and we found the location to be ideal. The property is conveniently situated just steps from the beach (with a private beach access) and close to many popular restaurants. The quaint ambiance of the property was a welcome addition to our experience. We also appreciated the private deck, which provided a comfortable and secluded space for our stay.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!

The listing was exactly as pictured. Easy to find parking acrossed from listing. It was quiet during our stay and Christian was very quick to respond to messages. We liked the private beach access. We liked the trolley stop that is very close to the listing-if we didn't use the trolley, we walked and enjoyed it very much! Overall this was a excellent location to enjoy all of Siesta Key!

We had a wonderful stay! Very private but close to the village. The owner responded super quickly to all my questions. We will definitely be back!
