We had the best stay at Tony’s place! It was the perfect location for our adventures around San Diego; you can drive two minutes to the freeway and go wherever you want. The house itself was fantastic. The original hardwood floors are to die for and the layout was great. We stayed here with our dog, and she loved the fenced in yard. Tony was an awesome host. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay at Sally’s place! Was super clean and had great amenities. Highlights were the hot tub and the outdoor fire place. The place was squeaky clean and checkout was super easy. Thanks Sally!

This is the perfect place for a girls weekend or a family vacation. In close proximity to the airport, sites and restaurants. Shawn was responsive and kind.

Miguel's AIRBNB was beautiful. The backyard was gorgeous and the interior was clean and clutter free. The arcade machines took me back to my childhood and I really enjoyed lounging in the pool. Cowles Mountain is a great nearby attraction if you want a bit of hiking and there's a nice coffee shop just up the road as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a safe and clean location. We had no problem driving to Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach for dinner or exploration. Thank you for the amazing stay 🙏🏽

Had a great time at this property. My party arrived slightly early so Robert had his property manager Cory let us into the adjacent home until our unit was ready and cleaned. Cory was amazing she showed us the home that had just been built that was not yet on market but wow I’d stay in that one too. Once we got into our unit it was Very clean, modern with new appliances all over. From the kitchen to the wash room. This unit actually has THREE refrigerators in total. Two washers and two dryers. Everything was top notch and new. The fact that everyone had their own room and bathroom really put the cherry on top. The shared outdoor area was beautiful with a fully functioning gas grill. Outdoor seating and heated outdoor seating and lounge area in the garage looking like structure. This outdoor area is shared between the tenants that live down stairs and upstairs. My party was outside frequently and met a few of the tenants they were all nice and very pleasant. I’d definitely stay again

First and foremost - Kristin is very clear on the expectations with the area. So there is a small homeless population over there. We were never hassled and felt completely comfortable, even at night. We had a parking spot in front of the building every night except one, but we were at the corner across the street so we were okay. The location itself was perfect, we had a lot of great options nearby. The space was really comfy, we felt at home and had no issues with other guests. The building is a bit older so it comes with that (imperfections in the walls, cabinets are older) but everything worked well for us. There were a few mishaps with cleaning but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would be happy to visit again.

If you’re considering staying in Mission Beach, look no further! This place was great for our family of 4 (two young children). The courtyard was really a wonderful aspect of this rental, complete with grass area, chairs, bbq and a fire pit. Beach items and everything else you can use during your stay are amazing. The location makes it a quiet place although the beach is just a minute’s walk away. Clean, freshly remodeled and very kind and reactive hosts. We will be back!

Loved our stay here. Short walk to the beach and to shopping. Neighbors were very helpful with recommendations. Place was cozy. Fans in each bedroom!! Enjoyed our stay!!

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

The photos, details and description of the home are exactly what you get… and more!! Adorable place and we felt right at home. The thought in to all the amenities provided was quite impressive and this home has really set the bar as far as quality and standard for future Air B&B homes! Richard and Kamen were both very communicative, responsive and polite. Comfortable couch and beds, nice little patio to get out and enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and loved the fact we didn’t have to travel with a booster seat or kids dish ware because it was already provided! We did not use the bikes or beach supplies, but they were readily available for guests to use. Don’t look for another place.. book this one now!

Great space! The kitchen was perfect, the space is cute and clean, the neighborhood is amazing, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful (I forgot a pair of sweatpants after check out and they helped me get it back the same day)
