After having to change our plans due to cyclone Alfred, we decided on Kristy’s place based on reviews, photos and general knowledge of the location. Initially there was a little confusion of where the lockbox was, but once sorted we found the unit very inviting. A short stroll to the beautiful beach, heaps of choices for meals within easy walking distance. 25 min drive to Currumbin Rock Pool and Long Tan Park. The grounds man of the unit complex worked diligently to keep the grounds looking smart. Kristy was always responsive to any questions/feedback about a couple of easy to fix maintenance points we had/provided. The fan in main bedroom you need to turn main switch before using the remote control. 😊Tea-towels were supplied, but no dishcloths, which wasn’t really an issue as I had packed paper towels. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this unit. If there were other units in the complex to rent it would be a great location for a family reunion.

Fantastic spacious unit in an amazing location. Just metres to the beach, shops and restaurants. Check in and out is super easy and Ron is great to communicate with. This is the second time we have stayed here and have already booked again for next year!!

We were away for a girls trip and all 5 of us were impressed with the unit. So much space, very clean, air conditioned and walking distance to everything. Very quiet even though we were on main esplanade.

Host was great, we got locked out (our fault) and she was helpful and quick to respond. The unit had amazing views and was spacious and well stocked. Fantastic area

Certainly very central and right across the road from the beach. Short Walk to Main Street Byron restaurants, shops etc. the unit was very comfortable and everything was provided in the way of bedding, and kitchen utensils, items for the bathrooms and laundry.....and we couldn't fault it. Would happily recommend to all.

we had a great stay at Jim's place. Close to the beach, bakery and Suffolk shops and restaurants. We had a couple issues which Jim promptly wrote back about and sorted for us and went above and beyond for us. thanks Jim!

Great stay and location to the beach. Beautiful amenities including the spa and pool area. Parking spot was too small for our people mover but street parking was easy to find and convenient. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Thanks for a great Palm Beach stay! 🌴🌻

We had a lovely stay at Suzette’s place. What a gorgeous apartment! Had everything we could possibly need. Lovely and clean, comfy bed, great furnishings. Fantastic location across from the river and only just around the corner from the shops, pub etc. Couldn’t fault anything and will definitely return soon.

One of the best Easter time we had on this beautiful, peaceful, clean home :). Thanks Stephanie and Nick . We will come back soon.

Excelllent Airbnb with everything you could need and a great location

We had a lovely visit, so close to beach, Jolene extremely friendly and helpful, shared a fresh bread loaf she had just bought, always smiley, solved tv remote problem driving 20 mins to buy new batteries, told us about a local farmers market etc…weather rainy but out of her control!!!! Amanda truly saved our first anniversary weekend. We originally booked elsewhere, but due to a double booking, we were left without a place to stay - until we found Amanda’s listing. She responded quickly, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and had the home ready for us that day. The communication was clear and thoughtful, with detailed instructions and fantastic local recommendations. The home itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the high-quality handwash and bathroom products, extra towels and bathrobe — a lovely touch that made it feel a step above your usual Airbnb. We also loved that the property was dog-friendly. While the beach right next to the house wasn’t dog-friendly, a short drive brought us to one that was perfect for pups. It was wonderful being able to fall asleep hearing the ocean but being surrounded by a rainforest. We’d absolutely stay again, either here or at another of Amanda’s properties - Highly recommend!

What a weekend ! Forest Bower is like a slice of heaven absolutely magic !! Going to sleep with the sound of the creek, Purling Brook Falls just at the end of the street, the fireplace, the birds the beautiful comfy bed. I couldn’t write a message long enough that would describe how amazing this place was.

wow !!!wat a wonderfull place to stay . The sounds of the birds and ripling of the water was magical . Enjoyed the bath on the dek. Everything was so welcoming. We are traveling from Holland and are staying in alot of places but this was one of the most beautiful . Thank you so very much that we could stay at your place .

The design is stunning, with a spacious, private layout and every detail carefully thought out. From the DKNY linens and Sheridan towels to the luxurious bedding and high-quality crockery - everything was of the highest quality, ensuring an exceptionally comfortable stay. Denise’s attention to detail was amazing. The chilled bubbles on arrival, sunblock, bug spray, beach towels and even kayaks were such thoughtful touches that made everything seamless, stress-free and effortless. It’s rare to find a place where every need is anticipated and exceeded. Thank you, Denise. The peaceful and tranquil location was perfect for unwinding, yet close enough to enjoy the nearby beaches, cafes and nature walks. This is a premium holiday home, in a heavenly destination! I can't wait to return, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the Gold Coast.

My flight got cancelled. Hotels were mostly booked. They opened their Airbnb up for me last minute and was happy to have this clean place to stay. If I had longer, it would’ve been right at the beach and a great location to enjoy more. It was easy access to the airport.

We had a truly wonderful stay thanks to our warm and thoughtful host, Maree. From before our arrival to the moment we left, we felt her genuine hospitality throughout. The room was super clean and comfortable, the view from the window was amazing, and walking around the lakeside area was absolutely delightful! The location is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. Her adorable dog, Peachy, was very friendly, and we truly enjoyed chatting with Maree. It became one of the highlights of our trip to Australia. We are sincerely grateful.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely and we loved the view on the beach. The kitched is well equipped. Beach is within walking distance as well as lots of restaurants. Would definetely recommend and would come back!

De tuin waaraan het appartement ligt, is prachtig. Een oase in de stad. Veel vogels ! Een prima rustig gelegen appartement en uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to Byron. Property was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfy, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Loved the peaceful setting—close enough to town to enjoy the vibe, but far enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Toni’s place was great Close to all amenities across the road from Coolangatta beach and a short walk to Kirra ( North) and Greenmount/ Rainbow Bay ( South)

It was a really nice place, great views and well within walking distance to shops and other attractions. The place was clean, tidy, with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
