Fantastic location next to xc ski trail, close to Tromso. We were lucky enough to see the Aurora Borealis from Anette's balcony! Lovely house thank-you for letting us stay.

Abbiano vissuto solo per qualche giorno, purtroppo, nell'accogliente casa di Greger e Elin e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Eravamo due famiglie per un totale di dieci persone (figli ormai adulti), temevo saremmo stati stretti ma la casa è grande, su tre piani, con tre camere doppie e bagno nuovissimo al piano terra, la cucina e l'ampia zona living e un secondo bagno con doccia al piano uno (balcone con vista mozzafiato su Tromso), e due forse non enormi ma decisamente accoglienti camere matrimoniali, in mansarda. Avere l'intera casa per noi è un plus che abbiano apprezzato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando il numero di proteine ospitate e che la Norvegia è piuttosto cara. Una menzione particolare va agli host, Greger e Elin, perché sono stati gentilissimi e solleciti nelle risposte dandoci moltissimi consigli con grande disponibilità. Grazie e complimenti. Ci torneremmo volentieri, perciò la consigliamo.

Innika's house is really beautiful and spacious. We were there as a big family and enjoyed our time in the house. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, toilets were clean and kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare vegetarian meals. We were able to spot a streak of northern light from the parking one night. Also, we enjoyed the Sauna which Innika has installed. The trip to Tromso city was only 40 minutes by car, despite the roads being completely covered with snow during our time of Stay. We loved our experience and would definitely come back here.

Truly an amazing experience at Thomas’s house. It embodies the spirit of a typical, authentic and cozy norwegian hytte with everything you need, add to that the view over the fjords and the sauna in the backyard and you’ll feel like in a Hallmark movie during Christmas. We also saw the Northern Lights from the cabin 2 nights in a row. The communication with the hosts was very easy and efficient. I truly recommend it to anyone loving nature, peace and quiet :)

Alt er veldig bra. Rene sengklær ligger framme. Alt rent og fint. Gode senger og utsikt. 2 gang vi er der. Husvært er veldig enkel og ordner ut. Utsikten er fantastisk. Anbefales!!

Stayed for two nights before flying home again. Place was clean and well equipped. Close to the airport and close enough to the center of Tromsø as well. Responsive friendly host. Would recommend to stay here.

We've had an amazing stay at Høyrostua! The place is simply perfect to spend a couple of days and rewind. The place is quiet, clean, spacious and relaxing. If you are into skiing, it's a ski in, ski out place so perfect! The kitchen is really well equiped, big and clean. We've seen amazing Northern Lights and you can even watch it from inside through all the big windows. Communication with Øyvind is really good! Very fast as well. Thank you so much Øyvind and Hege!

Absolute Empfehlung! Thorleif hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und auch vor Ort mit Schneeschuhen ausgestattet, sodass wir direkt eine Schneewanderung hinter dem Haus zu einem Aussichtspunkt fernab der Touristengruppen machen konnten. Sehr hilfsbereit, sympathisch, einfach. Die Lage war super durch den Bus erreichbar und der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke ist auch ein Plus. Danke!

Appartement très lumineux, confortable, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le fjord. Centre ville accessible à pied en 25 minutes. Plusieurs bus à 5 minutes de l’appartement et accès direct pour l’aéroport. Quartier très calme avec un grand parc (piste ski de fond, lac). Grand supermarché à proximité. Pas de télévision dans l’appartement et wifi sans problème. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres et cents très bien pour dormir (en hiver prévoir des pyjamas chauds) mais le salon et la salle de bain sont très bien chauffés.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lasse’s house. It was gorgeous and the surroundings were beautiful, we had alot of fun and would love to stay again.

Stay and book within the city of Tromsø for 2-3 days and the rest of your stay, you MUST book one of Freddy’s campers. Beyond the city, you will see the real beauty of Tromsø. We stayed at Freddy’s place for 5 nights! Within six days, 1. We saw the Aurora Borealis dancing right in front of Freddy’s property. 2. We watched the most beautiful green, pink, purple Aurora Borealis during our last night right at Freddy’s backyard. 💚💜💖 3. We hiked twice in different areas 30-mins away by driving from Freddy’s place, 4. We had a walk in the nearby area 5. We ate quail eggs (gifted to us by Freddy). 6. There was a day when we just stayed in the camper, enjoyed the view and read a book. We also walked around the area that day. 7. From afar, we saw Moose and Reindeers. 8. Max the cat, the ducks and Geese are a plus! So adorable! We really wanted to get around the places outside the city, good thing Freddy had an extra car for us to rent. We can assure you, renting a car and driving around is worth the view, worth the everything! 😉 The camper was clean, complete and organize as we arrived. For two people, it is very spacious. The view from the window is stunning. The camper is well-heated. 30mins away, there is a local grocery store. We ate there once and we liked it, and we did our groceries from there too. Karin welcomed us and explained to us everything. Freddy was very helpful with many tips to give us. You can ask him anything about Tromsø. He lent us snow shoes and walking sticks for hiking. We wouldn’t have hiked without it. They are both hospitable and very interesting people to talk with. So if you’re planning a trip outside of Tromsø city, Freddy’s camper is the place to be!

Sehr gemütliche Hütte mit Holzofen in einer super schönen Natur! :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Turid ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die alles mit Liebe hergerichtet hat! Wir freuen uns irgendwann nochmal wieder zu kommen!

Es ist eine perfekte Verbindung von wunderbare Natur mit Luxus in der Hütte, wie Sauna, Fußbodenheizung und Kaminofen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war auch einfach. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Svein. Dès notre arrivée, il est venu nous accueillir et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le chalet est très chaleureux (comme sur les photos), propre et contient tout le nécessaire pour passer un magnifique séjour. Malgré la proximité avec la maison principale de l’hôte, nous avons toujours senti que nous avions notre intimité. Nous recommandons fortement :)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Es war alles da, was man braucht und die Gegend ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt mit Daniel war sehr freundlich und hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thank you for a lovely holiday! The cottage was really nice, had everything we needed and was cosy and peaceful and with amazing views. It was in a great location to travel around the area.

We had clear communication From the moment we booked. The place looked like all the photos and we had a great time. We were lucky to have the Northern Lights appear twice, and watching from the hottub was brilliant. The instructions were clear and when we had questions there were quick responses.

Great Hosts, great accommodation! Only thing to keep in mind is that with an EV the next charging station is about half an hour away.

Suuuperfin hytte og veldig hyggelig vert! Perfekt med ski in/out dersom man tenker å stå på ski i Målselv fjellandsby. Nydelig utsikt fra stuen og jacuzzien. Anbefales 😊

The cabin is amazing and so is the host Øystein, he even came and met us at our car and helped with snowshoes and a sled for our bags. The location is beautiful and perfect if you love nature!
